We stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday. It was our first visit to Tuscany and we were not disappointed - the views from the hotel, especially the pool and breakfast area are simply stunning. In fact the pool and spa area is one of the best we have ever visited - the water is lovely and warm and spending...

This is a wonderful and beautiful place. The food is excellent given Mirko the chef. We had a cooking class with him and we made a delicious meal complimented by the properties own wine from their vineyard. Mirko was charming along with the rest of the staff including Antonio. The room was high end including a sunken marble tub and...

This was the first stop of our honeymoon and we loved it. They had a nice sparkling wine for us at the room, which was very nice. As the hotel sits on top of a hill, the view is very open and beautiful. We stayed 4 nights that saw cold sunny and rainy days. Our room was the Sunset room....

We arrived on a hot August day. We had booked a suite, and upon arriving at our room discovered the AC not working. The General Manager arrived to advise us that the system was being worked on. He offered several solutions and options, always understanding and professional. We could find no fault of the staff, it was just one of...

This is a stunning property. After a bumpy arrival with some check-in confussion, Ruta from reception took control and quickly showed us to our beautiful spa suite. The room was incredible. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Tuscan vineyards and countryside. Continued frustrations with housekeeping marred our experience. Yet again, Ruta to the rescue....

My wife and my son and his wife spent a week at this fabulous resort/winery and thermal spa in Tuscany. When a rentavilla.com rental turned out to be very bad, we showed up on the resorts doorstep late in the evening. They gave us a great rate for the two rooms, including an amazing breakfast buffet each morning and free...

I stayed here for five days with my wife in mid september. It's an all round top quality property. The location is wonderful and incredibly picturesque and surrounded by amazing vineyards. The public areas are wonderful too, particularly the spa which is a little hidden away - we only realised it existed on our last day. The rooms themselves are...
