We have been seasonal campers at Pioneer Campsite Resort for 10 years. The campground is primarily seasonal sites. Most of the non-seasonal sights are reasonably sized and grassy with water and electric. Prices are reasonable. They do not accept credit cards, checks and cash only. When the campground is at capacity, empty seasonal sites my be utilized for non-seasonal camping....

In shock, the rest rooms were atrocious, unbelievable, the camping spots needed maintaining and were super tight, the picnic table rotted and useless. The management oblivious and seasonal campers seemed happy to drive away anyone new, with weeds and overgrown grass, trash etc around their campers. At times it was hard to determine whether a car camper had been abandoned...

Was camping at this campground last weekend. Small campsites and most of the campers are year round. The bathrooms were absolutly disgusting. No soap! Paper towels all over, muddy floor. Oh and the vomit on the toilet for 2 days in the poolside bathroom. The picnic tables are mostly rotten. No scattered garbage cans around the campground. Has one fairly...

Extremely close to neighbors. Pic-Nic table was rotten and built wrong - I felt like a little kid sitting at it. I am leaving a day early and will not be back. We were given one spot - no way we could fit there and it had a bunch of dead brush piled up in it. Went back to the...

This is a large, private campground with over 200 sites, many of which are seasonal. They aren't very wide so we were close to our neighbors. The restrooms were not maintained. No soap in the restrooms ever so bring your own! They were continuously messy and never picked up. Two small pools that supposedly were heated, however, were cool. Felt...
