Fatima's nest is a very nice place to stay but definitely has some flaws. Bad: has no place to charge your phone and camaras, one plug for a room of 12 is not enough. the wc's could be better, a bit more clean and the water less brown. And the rooms could be a bit more clean too. Good: nice...

After reading so man bad reviews of Fatima's nest, I was a bit concerned about staying here, but my experience was much better than expected. I was a solo traveler staying in a doom, which was clean, had fans and mosquito nets. Yes it was basic and the beds bedding wasn't the most comfortable but it's what you'd expect for...

I wasn't booked to sleep at Fatimas, but however I spent most of my time there. If you are visiting Tofo around the festive season then Fatimas Nest is THEEE BEST hang out spot ever!!! I attended the annual Ocean Fest with my friends and it was really nice. we had a lekka time dancing in the sand. Great hang...

Be aware of the very aggressive dogs on the beach next to Fatima's nest. They are attacking people on regular basis. In the last 3 days, two tourists got bitten (high risk of rabbies). Avoid their shuttle service, they don't have place for bags, but put them on the floor so that everybody has to step on them (just imagine...

The camping site is good @ 800 Meticas per person per night but it would be the best if we can have more shades. It is 7:30 in the morning and it gets really hot in December. The location of Fatima's nest is really good to go to beach and play. The New year's eve party wasn't too bad.

This place is wildly over priced and incredibly poorly run. It's useless! The food takes 60mins for a simple dish and the bungalows are massively over priced. No one has a clue what going on. Great location but stay Stay else where in Tofo....

Spend 2 nights in Fatima's Nest in Tofo. Just want to share the experience on its "island tour." My friends and I asked for snorkeling tour. Ruben, who was in charge of booking these activities in the hostel, recommended the hostel-operated island tour. We were told that the snorkeling gears were included. The trip cost 1500 meticals per person. The...

We decided to go on holiday fairly late but we managed a booking at Fatima's, we arrived in Maputo on the 18th of December, from South Africa, to a friendly Tinashe. He eased our stay and helped us a great deal. It was a bonus for us that he could even speak isiZulu, for that we thank him. The problems...

Food was pretty good value. Great location between dinos and some other good nightlife on the beach. The water was a bit brown as with a lot of places in Mozambique, and the wifi was very intermittent. The campsite was ok, camping on sand with a 50m walk to the bathroom.
