Clark house is very nice and it was an honour to stay at such a historic house. We stayed in the Magnolia room in the back cottage. I like the porch area and beautiful green grounds. Coffee was good and breakfast had everything we needed. The host, Billy was very pleasant and provided good info on where to see good...

Best thing about Clark House was that it was lovely and quiet. An easy walk to the town. Comfortable room though no toiletries at all. Coffee, tea and juice/water all available. Our experience was slightly odd as we never saw anyone during our stay! We arrived after usual check-in time so the keys to our cabin were left on the...

We recently spent four days at the Clark House. What struck me first was the art work. The common rooms in this grand old converted home all had original paintings appropriate to the Mississippi Delta. I enjoyed time looking through supburb photography books surrounded by peace and quiet and the artwork. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty...

We spent two nights at Clark House. The main house is beautiful. We were travelling with two other other couples and the six of us stayed in the three bedroomed annexe. The front room on the annexe was lovely but the two rooms at the rear were a little dark. Billy gave us a great welcome and lots of advice...

There is little choice in Clarksdake and we chose this place because of great reviews and were not disappointed, the rooms are large and well furnished and clean. The wonderful housekeeper Billy will prepare a fresh breakfast and offer local advice about where to go, for a...

My partner and I spent 2 wonderful nights in Clark house. Billie keeps an excellent house and immediately made us feel at home and like part of the family which is something we've Berber experienced in any other B&B, he even gave us access to the house kitchen and made it clear we could use it as our own while...

While The Clark House was awesome, our host Billie Howell was awesom-er!! Pointed us to music, food and genuine Southern slave culture...fascinating. We had so much fun on our Delta Bohemian Tour it did not seem like 3 hours!!

Very nice place, even better than in the pictures. Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, nice location, and excellent inkeeper: don't miss Billy's advices, specially on where to head for good blues. We'll definitely repeat.

Well worth a stay. Step back in time in a house hotel that gives you the feel of never having changed. Superb help yourself continental breakfast, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful, and within easy walking distance of Clarksdale town.
