Front desk didn't have our reservation at first, then tried to double charge me. No assistance with our luggage. Then we get to our room and the carpet is ripped and creased throughout the room. We began to unpack and not let the carpet ruin our stay. The neighboring room was smoking so much pot that our 12 week old baby began coughing uncontrollably. We asked for a room change but they were sold out. The final straw that broke the camels back was we went to lay down and the sheets were stained. We lasted all of 20 minutes in this hotel. We are not picky people but with no sense of care from staff we decided to move on. Getting a refund was a joyful experience too. Will never be back.

I stayed there 3 nights in February. They do NOT offer breakfast nor do they have a restaurant anymore. They have a cooler behind the front desk they will sell you "a microwavable sausage biscuit or rice crispy treat."There was food leftovers and half a Taco Bell drink in the refrigerator. . The room had not been cleaned: there was hair on the sheets, smudges on the wall I finally wiped off, Microwave did not work. Light burnt out in the bathroom. TV was from at least the early 90s with very basic channels only. Peeling wallpaper, mold around the AC unit. The ironing board had a huge hole ripped or burnt in it. They did not make my bed 2nd day. Left new towels only and sprayed some deodorizer in the room. Whoever "cleans" the rooms should just be FIRED, followed by the manager

This was the WORSE hotel that I have ever been in. I changed rooms several times. And they were ALL DIRTY. The elevator had a sign saying to use it manually. Do not book this room. There were dead bugs everywhere. Someone was smoking marijuana in one of the 1st floor rooms. It could be smelled through the entire hotel. The staff was unprofessional. The bathroom was not clean AT ALL.

Mold, peeling paint, a filthy toilet and stains galore were the norms at this "Best-Value" described hotel. I stayed only because I had just travel 600 miles and knew I could not be refunded my money. Upon entering, the mismatched decor is almost jarring. Is it a Roman Villa, a hacienda? Tacky signs are taped to the walls telling visitors the rules and added charges. The receptionist had a television blaring and a radio. Various products were for sale behind the counter with handwritten prices. Stained carpets, scuffed and dirty walls led to the rooms. Upon entering the room was a good size and the decor not too bad. But after I began to unpack I noticed the peeling, water stained ceiling. The floor of the shower was so slimy, I had to clean it to keep from falling. The

Unbelievably disgusting.....!!!...ac didn't work..dead roaches in the bathtub...staff didn't care...do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here...you WILL regret it. We got 3 rooms and all three had something significantly wrong with them. It was so bad that all 10 of us refused to shower .

you read alot about hotels on these reviews but I must honestly say that you should not beleive half of everything you read...I enjoyed my stay here...the staff went above their job to make sure my friends and I were very comfortable...The rooms were clean and very spacious...The breakfast was nice....they had boiled eggs, cereal, toast, muffins...the usual continental...you honestly could not have asked for anything more...their not like most hotels when its time to check out..rather than knock on the door they called to see if I was checking out...I will be staying here again and so will my friends...I appreciate the hospitality

When we arrived, we noticed that the neighborhood had a lot of traffic going in and out of the hotel but we're not staying there. There was blood on the walls and this is the only hotel I've ever seen roaches in. The breakfast was completely unacceptable.

I came to town for the Mississippi Blues Marathon by myself and just needed a hotel that was close to race start that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Hotels.com gave this place much better reviews than Trip Advisor. I should have checked TA first. This hotel is in need of a major update and deep clean. The rooms were disgusting. Drain in shower was so clogged you were standing in at least 3 inches of water. Horrible yellowed lighting in bathroom. Bath towels were paper thin and small. I've been at health clubs with nicer towels. Every single towel I had in the room had long black pieces of hair on them (I have short blonde hair). Sign at front desk says "$2 per extra towel." What??! No alarm clocks in the room. Tube tv with poor reception. No extra blankets and thin comforter.
