Jackson was a rest stop for us on our way home from vacation. The room was modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The one thing I did not like was that there was no bath tub. There was a very nice, large shower; but after a tiring day, I like a soak in a hot bath tub.

This was the worst Hampton we have ever experienced. We are used to clean, comfortable rooms and the rooms at this location are old, outdated, dirty, and smell bad. I would like to thank the staff at the Hampton Jackson Mississippi location. We were from Texas and needed directions to eateries and the mall and the staff was very patient and friendly. We had a last minute accommodation and they were able to secure another room on the same floor for the extra guest.

Didn't get the service I expected. Staff didn't want to be bothered with my requests. Hotel needs updated. Even with reserving a room I didn't get what I reserved at time of booking. There were people working there that were doing a great job just not the ones I had to deal with about my complaints.

While this facility is being renovated, the people and the staff are outstanding in their work to keep us the customer happy. Even with the renovation in progress, the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. Staff were extremely hospitable and sweet. The beds and pillows are wonderful and so comfortable. Breakfast was good-complete with several choices. I particularly like their oatmeal with the cinnamon sugar and nuts.!
