Not only is the location ideal, but the warmth and inviting ambience is also present. This historical home has lots of charm but has also been renovated without destroying its historical value. Although there are areas that need attention, our room and bathroom was extremely comfortable for today's savvy traveler. Keith, the owner is very accommodating We really enjoyed our...

Great location, walking distance to Ole Miss and the Historic Square. Southern hospitality to its finest. Keith, the owner, is a fantastic guy. Wonderful breakfast. Staying here has the feel of living as a local in Oxford. Room #6 on the top floor is where I stayed, and it was perfect. Great service all around. If you need a place...

Gracious people; nice suite. It must have been close to 100 degrees during our visit but the place was cool and welcoming. Nice southern breakfast provided the next morning--cooked to order. Lovely people. The rates go sky high during football weekends--if you're planning a non-Ole Miss visit during the fall better check around that. The football weekend rates were actually...

Oxford is an amazing town so this B&B offers you walking distance to an enjoyable experience . We go to many bed and breakfasts so in comparing this for the price, we found it coming up short . The personal touch didn't exist. The room was nice and roomy, but the shower was very awkward, bathroom door wouldn't latch and...

This was my first experience staying at a B&B, so I really didn't know what to expect. The owner, Keith, met us at the front door, and instantly made us feel so welcome. Our room was very spacious (we stayed in room #1) and SO COMFORTABLE! It was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We...

The 5 Twelve Bed & Breakfast was fabulous. When we arrived we were met by the owner Keith who was very gracious and provided a tour of his B&B with great pride. Our 2 night stay was extremely comfortable and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The location is fabulous, only a very short 5 minute walk, maybe less to...

The 5 Twelve is an easy walk from Courthouse Square, the home of lots of interesting places to visit; so, if that's your destination, the 5 Twelve is your place to stay. Unlike other B&Bs we have stayed in, it is more like a business than a family setting. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and our room attractive, though neither room...

My husband and I stayed at this B&B last week on a pleasure trip to visit Oxford. We enjoyed everything about it. We stayed in Room #1 which is very large with a king size bed and a good sized bath. The ambiance was wonderful - like staying in someone's lovely home. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is great...

We had the opportunity to stay one night at 5 Twelve when we visited our daughter. First visit and hopefully not our last...although their popularity can make it difficult to reserve on game day weekends! Plan way in advance. We opted for this B&B over the typical hotels in town and are glad we did. Happy on check in through...

I took my daughter on a college visit of Ole Miss and wanted a place close to the Oxford Square but near the school as well. The 5 Twelve was the perfect spot. Nice room, super comfortable bed and a pretty place. Great breakfast cooked to order. Short walk to the Square. Would definitely stay there again! Had a nice...

“There are only five guest rooms and a third floor studio suite. Because of the 5 Twelve's central location, closer to the Ole Miss campus and the historic Oxford Courthouse Square than any other hotel in town, each room is a premium. And breakfast is a big plus.”
