Three cheers for Joanne! Really all the staff here have been great but Joanne was the first person I met and her great attitude and service are top notch. Stayed w family visiting St Louis. 25 min or less everywhere. Clean rooms, wonderful pool for kids (2 pool areas). Very clean pools. Nice workout room. We went during 100 degrees and rooms were nice and cool. Like anything one has to shop price but the value and price match added up here. Late night Starbucks is a nice touch.

Hotel was great! It was clean and modern. Bell hop was extremely nice. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We arrived several hours before check in and we used the awesome outdoor pool. Check in was fast and smooth. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We would stay again!

I know that most people use these locations to park and fly, but what about the travelers that are in town to visit, sight see or on vacation? for what they charge per room and parking, the amenities are basic at best.

Very nice hotel and great restaurant - pricey and unique, but worth it!! I feel safe leaving my vehicle here, also. It was nice because we ordered a bottle of wine for dinner and wasn't finished with it, but they let us take it back to our room. We'll stay here from now on when we do park and fly!

Excellent hotel. Best staff and customer service in Saint Louis. Best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Just a few of the staff members that really impressed me: Nick and Hyechong at front desk. We stay at this hotel every time we need a Park N Fly the rates are good and so close to the airport kids liked watching the planes coming in and out. They have a nice bar, we did not eat at the restaurant this time but it is very good. We like that the shuttle goes every 15- 20...

Very accommodating staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, housekeeping , and maintenance. This location and staff makes me want to come back. Easy access to the rail system with the hotel shuttle service leaving every 15 minutes for airport runs.
