The hotel is very dirty, room smells of smoke, walls are filthy, wall paper coming off. Light in the bathroom was falling down and beds were not clean. The noise from the interstate made it impossible to sleep. I would never even consider coming back.

We had a broken bed and the front desk would not answer. It was late but would have expected at least someone to answer. Already in bed and exhausted from traveling. Didn’t go to the front desk physically, that’s what the phones are for.

I am in a room on the 3rd floor. I can see the interstate from my window. The traffic is kind of loud but I like noise to sleep. It's an older hotel but beds were comfy. The elevator needed a vacuum. Shower was great! Easy to find.

I booked a room for two nights for my son. I paid for the rooms with my card. I received a call from management the following day. Apparently there was an issue with the room (toilet was not flushing from prior occupants) and when my son asked to move to another room words were exchanged between a staff member and my son. My son left the hotel and I was informed by staff that I would be reimbursed for the second night (the night my son did not stay). This was 3 weeks ago. I have made numerous calls and have spoken with staff and have been reassured that I am going to be reimbursed. When I call I am told the manager is not available so I have been speaking with the assistant manager. Yesterday I was able to finally speak with the manager. I was informed that they do not do refunds but since his assistant manager had told me I would be reimbursed, the manager will honor that. The manager, Omash(?), informed me that he was looking at the notes that his assistant manager had put into the system and he could see where the assistant manager had informed me that I would be reimbursed. The manager informed me that the refund would be credited to my card immediately. 24 hours later and there still is no credit. I even told the manager that if they were not going to refund the one night at least tell me so. I told him there was no reason to continue to lie to me about it. But they apparently still continue it is best to lie to someone instead of being honest.

Used Hotels.com to book room. Checked in, first room not cleaned from previous stay; room was wore out, walls were dirty. 2nd room beds were made, that was the only positive you can say. Walls were dirty, furniture wore out; fraying; live cockroach climbing in bathroom fixture. Garbage in hallway with no housekeeping around (our impression was front desk was cleaning rooms). We tried to contact Wyndham to transfer hotels within their chain; would not help because we booked with Hotels.com; Hotels.com would not help, told us to contact hotel front desk; Hotel front desk said there is nothing we can do because you used a third party to book this room. Meanwhile my credit was charged full price of this uninhabitable room. We turned in key cards and stayed at a non Wyndham hotel. We reported this hotel to local DHSS.
