Everything is from the 80's but very clean.... We stayed a week and had a 2 bedroom 2 bath which worked and was very sufficient for us.. close to downtown (we walked there ) it's close to just about everything.. Wasn't happy to learn Summer Winds bought Roark Vacation resorts, as Summer Winds is just another timeshare scammer.. They may...

Sadly , we own a timeshare here. The best thing I can say is that the room was small but clean. Our "resort timeshare" amounts to a glorified motel room. Any amenities that should have been available , were not. The check in lady was friendly as was the lady at the front desk where I exchanged our linens. Hopefully,...

Property was dated. The actual suite was nice and clean. Parking lots were not in good shape and health club did not look clean and equipment was very old. Staff was friendly and location was good. We were there for Branson shows and it was pretty close to where we wanted to be. It was located near downtown, walking distance.

There was a rain storm when we got here. We had to wait about half hour to be waited on. The people in front of us were not one bit happy. They were getting 2 rooms and one wasn't available. They said they'd have to move them the next day. Anyway, we finally got to a room. We lost power...

First off no one told us the pool was under maintenance which was upsetting and that they had no kid activities going on. These were main reasons why we picked this resort. I was given attitude when asked if they had a kids pool indoors, I wanted to know for future reference but with her rude response, we will never...

We had a nice time here. Rooms were clean and no major problems. It's older but affordable. I would stay again. Close to the landing and within 15-20 walking distance to the landing and main street. No cont breakfast.

Old rundown timeshare Resort, smelly rooms and bad Management/Staff. The "Health Club" which is included in the stay was the dirtiest filthiest hole you could ever imagine, with a maintenance guy to match. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom on the deep end, and was told it's always that way. I know it is poor...

This place was horrible. First, the two ladies at the front desk were incredibly grumpy and rude. They were not helpful in the slightest and were annoyed when we had any questions. When we got to our room, we found that it was terribly outdated. It looks like they haven't updated anything since 1970 with the exception of one TV...

Located within easy walking distance of the best shopping area in Branson, this older 'resort' looked to me to be a converted apartment complex. Our 2 bedroom unit was located down a flight of stairs but looked out on a patio, pleasant lawn and river view, a perfect place for breakfast and sundowners. The unit was immaculate, light, modern, comfortable,...

This resort is in bad shape. When we arrived we couldn't get the door open. Had to get maintenance to fix it. TV had to have an explanation to work it. Plaster was peeling everywhere. The pool had most of the paint off & the ceiling was falling down. Most of the equipment in the gym didn't work. Lounge chairs...
