This resort is family-friendly, the staff and reception are nice, just guest smoking in the hallway. The room is clean, good enough for our family. The Grand County Buffet is very good, good food, yummy food. The Waterpark both indoor and outdoor is pretty good if you don't expect something big like six-flags or Silver Dollar City, it is good...

Grand Country Inn is a win for the entire family! The All-Inclusive vacation package was definitely the way to go. Clean, comfy rooms! Our do not disturb sign was ignored by the hotel staff, but other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great-- Grand Country Buffet, Miner's Grill, and Papa Grand's Pizza were great choices...

We stayed there over the summer and although we were looking for a cheap visit I think we hoped for a little more. The pool hours were very short, the pool wasn't very organized and to be honest we hardly understood the staff members (I work with international students at a university but this was a new experience for me)....

We purchased two of the Fall Packages. The room was fine, if a little dated. We ate at their buffet one night. Again, we found it to be fine. The waterpark was a big disappointment. We were expecting something similar to Great Wolf Lodge. In reality, it was a big pool with a few small slides. The arcade was fun....

As you walk in the lobby you see a big sign calling out their newly remodeled bunk bed rooms. With expectations set high, we entered our "newly" remodeled room to see a small, dingy room, 1/2" gap in the bottom of the door where all the air was escaping, and the tinniest bathroom for a room that can accommodate 6...

We had a bunk room which the kids loved. Everything on property was so convenient. Buffet and Pizza place were fantastic. Video arcade was fun and putt putt was really fun also. Main negative was the other guests who smoked outside, the smoke seemed to come straight into our room. Both the indoor and outdoor water park were perfect for...

The indoor water park was a hit for the kids but the hotel rooms themselves left a lot to be desired. They weren't the worst but weren't great, either. I specifically asked for a room closer to the water park because my son has a wheelchair and my mother-in-law (traveling with us) has trouble walking long distances due to respiratory...

Our annual trek to Branson and stay at the Grand Country Inn never disappoints. If you have kids, this is the place stay. The indoor/outdoor waterpark is free and is spectacular. I am updating my previous review to tell everyone that the place has been updated in the last 6 months and they have added unique bunk spaces for children...

This Inn was unexpectedly awesome. The kids loved it! The fun spot, music hall, and fudge shop always had them busy! The rooms were very nice. The TV was very high quality, and a microwave provided. The staff was very friendly and the housekeeping did a very good job. Be sure to leave them a tip! This place is very...
