This was the cheapest hotel listing in Branson for Choice Hotels at $72, We would place it less than average for all the places we have stayed in Branson. The best point was the hot breakfast with several choices and the fact that it was open until 10 a.m. The king bed was average. However, the flooring was wood vinyl...

I am sorry to hear your stay was less than mediocre. It is surely not what we strive for as an award winning property. I will have to get with our executive housekeeper to address this issue, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I am sorry to hear you will not be staying with us again in the...

Rooms were quiet and clean. Folks running place were supper kind. Rooms were spotless and were a step above most Econo lodges. Far enough from strip so its quiet. Close enough to walk to most places you would like to go. Nice places around to eat if you don't want to fight traffic. Outside pool and outside entry to rooms....

We were a little leery staying here BUT found it to be very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard fare but it was kept fresh and was actually seasoned well.

Well, thank you so much. We do understand that Econo Lodge is a chain that has a bad reputation, but Choice is trying to pull it from the mud. Thank you for giving us a try and thank you so much for the positive feedback. We hope to see you again in the future.

This hotel is very nice for an Econo Lodge. It is clean inside and out, and it is conveniently located. Our room was up-to-date and in good condition. Beds were comfortable, and floors are vinyl instead of carpet. Good breakfast choices and a nice room to eat in. Service is friendly. The one objection I had is with their policy...

We are sorry that it made you uncomfortable. We just have to have an imprint (or copy if the card will not imprint) to prove that we had your card at time of service. Some hotels do it, not all. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, thank you so much for your comments regarding our property. We are glad you...

Great location. Reasonable price. Pet friendly. Wonderful staff. Rooms need a little more upkeep and some minor fixes here and there. This is the second time we've stayed at this location. I did enjoy the room our first trip a little more than our last. We stayed in room #114 .. the a/c worked but didn't seem like it pulled...

Again, thank you for providing us with your feedback and thank you for staying with us. We appreciate the help in guiding us to trouble rooms. The extra humidity from the excess rain and heat have caused an issue but we do have dehumidifiers for this problem. We would have been happy to move you to a different room. I...

I usually stay at Comfort Inn so I thought Econo Lodge would be a real down grade. NOT so it was clean, the staff was friendly. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausage not just cold cereal and fruit. Really enjoyed my visit and will be back.

Well I wish I could say that none of us here understand why you feel that way about Econo Lodge as a brand, but we unfortunately do. The brand is trying to turn around, though. At our property we want guests to feel like they are coming home to family. We believe that every hotel had something they offer -...

Hotel near 76 strip and easy to get around using back roads. Room was clean but in need of update. Sink chipped. Mattress not so comfortable. Staff here is super nice and very helpful. Breakfast is adequate and quite busy. Price is reasonable.

I am glad to hear you liked the location! We do have easy access to the alternate routes. The sinks are next on our list of to-dos I do agree some of them are not in the best shape. However, are mattresses, most of them are brand new and if not brand new they are all within a year or...

The rooms are extremely clean and the furnishings are very nice and up to date. The staff and housekeepers are all very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the heart on the action without being right on the Boulevard. Easy access to all. We would not stay anywhere else when we go to Branson.

This is a great choice for your visit to Branson. It's an older hotel, but the rooms are updated & very clean. The breakfast is good and the staff are extremely friendly & attentive. We had issues with the internet/Wifi one day and the manager had it taken care of immediately. The location is great for all the Branson sights....

I recently stayed here 5 nights. Upon arrival, Jakob was very polite and made the check in process nice and smooth. Once we got into our room, it smelled like smoke and mildew, but we just chalked it up to this being an older hotel. We unpacked all of our things, then soon discovered many things wrong with this room....

I can assure you that the housekeepers were not doing their job properly, and I had a few more issues around the same time with a couple of other guests and wanted those two housekeepers to make it right.
