Don't be put off by the location behind a truck stop, the hotel is very well cared for. Expansive park - like grounds to the east. Rooms are generous in size. As 4 females traveling together, we appreciated two sinks, one inside the bathroom, and one outside the bathroom. Beds were fresh, plenty of pillows, the whole room smelled fresh....

Our reservations were made well in advance to our visit here. We arrived at the hotel before the 3 o'clock check in, and were allowed to check in at that time, but our room was not ready. Returning to the hotel at 5:15 p.m. we discovered our room had not been cleaned and was still unavailable. Contacting the hotel office,...

We did a one night stay on our way home from New Orleans. What a delight! Mom and Pop operation, rooms are huge, very nice décor, bathroom was beautiful with granite/tile appointments. Free Wi-Fi, and great breakfast! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. About 10 miles from Hamilton (the quilting Mecca) or an easy drive into Kansas City. We had...

Late night, looking for a place to crash before my wife started the "Quilting Trail" in Cameron the next morning. This place is not fancy-single level, all doors to the outside... But it's nicely kept up, the rooms are (mostly) clean-there was a towel under out TV, the environment is gorgeous (there's a large community garden just outside the doors,...

This was a perfect place for a one night stop over. An older motel which is treated with love. Very clean with friendly staff ready to help you in any way. If you want the Taj Mahal for a cheap price, keep looking. If you want an older, clean, well maintained property at a fair price, this is it. The...

Loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and large. Front desk clerk was great. We asked where we should go for dinner and she directed us to Washington street food and drink. Also very awesome. Thank you.

We've stayed here a couple of times and consider it a very good stay. Clean rooms, nice area to walk our dog, reasonably priced, safe area, friendly, helpful employees and good breakfast. We would definitely stay again. The motel is easy access off I-35 and has a few restaurants, (fast food and others) nearby.

This Inn was a bit of a surprise, looks run down outside, next to a truck stop, but inside updated and very clean. Nice breakfast, lots of choices, freshly cooked biscuits. Staff was accomodating to our requests and friendly. Great price, too!

The exterior facing doors are very convenient. Pets stay for free and there are plenty of places to walk the dog. The room was clean and comfy and the complimentary breakfast was great. It was a great place to stop on the last leg of our trip.
