I will tell you this, I spoke with the owner 3 times trying to get a rate problem resolved (was charged twice for the same room) and it wasn't until I threatened to go to the BBB did they credit my card. They are not customer friendly, reserve at your own risk. If a problem does arise they will resist cooperation.
