My girlfriend found this gem searching for places in Hermann online. It looks charming on the website so we gave it a shot. This place is so perfect for a romantic weekend get away. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast is worth the price of admission alone. If you stay there you MUST eat dinner there. Their...

LOVED Das Kleine Haus - an adorable little house, small but with plenty of room and SO much personality...quaint, old world, historic, and very cozy and clean. I was continually amazed at Kate and Adrian's thoughtfulness and attention to detail - from delicious truffles and coffee ready with the touch of a button to a flashlight and umbrella if needed....

Recently spent a weekend at this historic B & B. Kate & Adrian are charming hosts and gave the place a nice European feel (Adrian is Swiss). We stayed in Das Landhaus, the larger of the two cottages and found it to be quite comfortable (queen bed) and nicely decorated, The bathroom arrangement is a little strange (saloon doors to...

We had the smaller of the two houses. We LOVED it! Super cozy, very clean and private. We are planning to go back later this year to enjoy the grapes and harvest time. The hosts were friendly and the room was well set up, They did an amazing job turning the little house into a cozy little nook. The location...

My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to stay at the Alpenhorn Gasthaus for two nights last weekend. We were extremly impressed from check-in to check-out. The actual B&B is a fantastic building itself with a lot of character. We stayed in the "Kings Room", which was very nice and spacious. The B&B has a true Swiss/Alpine feel to it,...

This was the best weekend away that my husband and I have ever had. Kate and Adrian were such wonderful hosts, always available if you needed them, but leaving you alone if that was your wish as well. Adrian had some of the best stories that he shared about his life. It was so much fun to listen to him....

Searching the internet for just the right B&B in Hermann was so overwhelming since there are so many. Finding the right one became a challenge, and I found it at Alpenhorn Gasthaus. Kate and Adrian make you feel welcomed with cookies and chocolate and very comfortable beds. The house has historic charm set in a relaxing quiet farmstead. Just right...

This had to be the best meal I have ever had! I can not remember a time being pampered while enjoying a great meal. Adrian and Kate made sure that my wife and I had the perfect night for our anniversary. We were in town via Amtrak so Adrian even came and picked us up in his personal car. We...
