This is a magical place. The former convent has been transformed into an amazing hotel, spa and restaurant destination. As part of L' Occitane collection of hotels/spa our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. The treatment rooms are well equipped, the staff is mostly bi-lingual and very accommodating to your likes and dislikes when getting spa treatments. Lunch,... More

This is the second time I've spent a weekend at Le Couvent des Minimes. It is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I won't go into all the details many people have noted them already and there are some excellent videos on Youtube that are 100% a true reflection of the establishment. What annoys me are people complaining... More

Pity to stay here during the conference as tere are so many things to discover or to enjoy just relaxing. Restaurant is one the best in the area. Atmospere is calm and helping to share mediterenian art de vivre.

We had one night stop only. I just read few reviews and I see overlaping issues, so I'll spare myself. Everyone there strives to please, I guess they struggle with organising their efficiency. We waited at least 15 mins for our drinks to arrive, which seemed to have annoyed the waitress herself. If you are vegetarien, you'll find yourself short... More

Don't go for the chapel; it's a seldom-seen meeting room/excess furniture storage space. This was a disappointment, and so was the bad information we read on the Internet, which said lavender bloom season would end when the month of August had. Wrong: mid-June to mid-July. That's when travelers can see lavender in Provence. The convent's public space is well appointed... More

Le Couvent des Minimes Hotel has been on my list of hotels to visit for many years so I was excited to be staying this year. Unfortunately my expectations were not met at all and I left feeling very disappointed. The building and design is beautiful and I understand there are limited possibilities on designing rooms within such a special... More

Beautifully decorated hotel, I loved the contrast of old building and modern interior. Fantastic food; much preferred the bistro rather than the Gastro restaurant. All in all: apart from the fact that we didn't have a full length mirror in the room (#6) and the wifi constantly needs username and password to reconnect (and in the main hotel areas such... More

We had a lovely stay in the hotel despite the fact that we definitely stayed too long. One night yes, more no.It was our first stop in Provence. We enjoyed the restaurant and the spa Loccitane treatments are delicious. Our room was far too small with no view on the countryside.

This hotel enchants you when you first step in with all the design work, its colours and its natural light and even with the chic and elegant uniforms which lady employees wear. The interior design of the main hall in the hotel is certainly nice. But some points made our less stay less pleasant: A coffee at the pools costs 10 Eur. A water on the room 8 Eur. The minibar only has 4 drinks: Water, cola (classic and light) and lemonade. The room was rather small and there was no balcony.... More
