They have done up this quaint old building so well. Stay here if you can. It is relatively inexpensive. Super comfortable. Simple elegant taste throughout. The walled garden is picture perfect with plants, discreet art and a lovely miniature swimming pool. The hosts are discreet yet delightful as well. So much care and attention to every aspect of your stay.

We had a lovely stay here. Beautifully renovated place with a nice little pool in the middle of the old village of Grignan. Lovely owner full of helpful tips on what to see in the region and how to best plan your day. Highly recommend!

Just below the chateau, very warm and comfortable. Beautiful view over the surrounding country. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. Owners very friendly. A nice little swimming pool in the courtyard! Not for handicapped people.

We stayed in this quaint little hotel for four nights. The hotel is located just below the castle of Grignan. Not easily accessible by car, but you can park your car in a closed garage some 150 m from the hotel. Bernard and Pascale are super friendly hosts who gave us very good tips on local markets, local restaurants and... More

We stayed here for three nights in August 2011. Pascale and Bernard were amazing hosts and we really felt like we were friends of the family. We had dinner with them twice while we were there and both evenings were a lot of fun with excellent food and wine (thanks to Bernard's deep knowledge, particularly of Côte du Rhône and... More

Large rooms with stunning south facing rooms, we had a great balcony. The place is right in the centre of grigan which is a gorgeous old fortified town. Great central location to discover the drome provencale from (which is worth it). Very comfortable beds, nice and calm. Our host Bernard was a real gem and was incredibly friendly & fun... More

This is a fantastic place. It is beautifully maintained and full of character. The couple who own La Demeure - Bernard and Pascale - are very special. We could not have felt more welcome. Pascale is very knowledgeable about the region and helped us every day with ideas for sightseeing, maps etc. Her suggestions were terrific. We enjoyed 2 meals... More

There were nine of us on a fun week stay in Provence. The B&B was wonderful. The best part was the hospitality of Pascale and Bernard, the owners. I felt like we were staying with friends - friends who had a passion for the area and were fantastic cooks. Our meals cooked by Bernard were some of the best of... More
