Our family (2ad 2ch (aged 10) just returned after a wonderful 2 night stay. The whole experience was fantastic and they staff, without exception, are wonderful ambassadors for the hotel and this Lisburn area. The room was spotlessly clean. The check in was fast and courteous. The cooked breakfasts were gorgeous (I had the loveliest porridge I have ever had...

This is our third time staying in this hotel, as a family break over Easter. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff. Would personally like to take the time to thank Roberta from the restaurant. We went for breakfast on a busy morning, after accidentally loosing our order & after us waiting 40 minutes on our breakfast, she could...

Pretty much this brand does what it says on the tin...easy check in, standard but very comfortable room and the restaurant next door serves good food. The breakfast was fresh and tasty but i didn't have dinner but looking at the menu it was full of choice and decent value.

Good food, although they were changing the menu so a few things weren't available. Very quick and easy check in and out. Close to Belfast and an hour or two to drive to attractions like The Giant's Causeway.

Our umpteenth visit - and the usual high level of service received. For the first time ever we were offered a choice of floors for our room - perhaps the grey hairs made the staff kindly think of me as an old boy! As always, the room was clean and entirely sufficient for our needs.

Thank you for taking time to review your recent stay with us. I am delighted to know that as a regular guest you have experienced and enjoyed a consistent professional and welcoming service. I have no doubt the choice offered was little to do with grey hairs but more of taking the opportunity to give a little choice to a...

This is the only hotel in the city so has no competition. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced as you would expect from this hotel brand. The restaurant serves good food by friendly staff but can be quite busy at times especially sundays due to the many various meal deals on offer daily to non-patrons. Overall a nice hotel...
