Hotel Monomakh is a good base for exploring Vladimir. Located just next to the Golden Gate it is in walking distance to the Cathedrals. Our room was comfy and clean, breakfast was good and the staff extremely nice. Thanks for everything!

Good place to stay. Rooms are good, AR conditioning/heater presented. Wi-Fi access. Bed is good and comfortable. Got a beautiful view from my room. Breakfast included: a 300 rubles voucher, enough for a good meal. A walking distance to main attractions and near cafes and restaurants. If you wanna go to bogoliybovo, bus station is jus a few steps from...

We walked from the railway station but if you have a lot of luggage then a taxi is recommended. The hotel is centrally located in the town with good access to sights, restaurants and bars. We had a suite room that was very spacious and very reasonably priced. The room was very quiet. It was a bit overheated but the...

We visited the hotel for the New Year break and I cannot speak highly enough about it. We took the attic suite which was just superb. The hotel is right in the centre of the city, perfect for sightseeing and all everything Vladimir has to offer. The staff, food and hospitality were excellent and it was a fantastic way to...

Hotel is pretty average: good for one or two days. Room was no frills, but adequate. Bed was small but comfy. On the plus side: close to downtown, free wifi, good breakfast, some English spoken by reception, good shower pressure.

Receptionist spoke some English. Large room with airconditioning and muscito screens on the outside of the windows. Free wifi internet. Furniture and decoration looks good (like an expensive hotel) but when you look closer it is really made of cheap materials. There was a strange smell in the room but after a while you get used to it and don't...

We've stayed in this hotel for 1 night, but it was great. First of all it's in the center of historical part of the city. Secondly, the service, hospitality-perfect! And finally, we were really impreesed by the restaurant: really cosy and, speaking about the food-fantastic!

The hotel is just outside the Golden gate on a quiet side street. Close enough to the sites, but just outside the "bustle" of the provincial town. The rooms are typical modern Russian hotel rooms, quite practical and spacy. I stayed in several Russian hotels by now and I considered the staff here especially helpful. The breakfast is not in...
