I stayed elsewhere in Sayulita and sought out this place. I had such a great experience my first day that I went back. The room was clean and cool despite the blistering heat outside, the props were high quality and the instructors were excellent.

This is a tranquil and lovely space that offers yoga with feelings of being connected and present.. Many types of yoga and instructors to chose from those who like more difficulty to those who are on the path. Which ever you prefer you will be sure to find it here. They also offer rooms to rent which can expand the...

I took three different classes at Paraiso Yoga. Ricardo Moreno's Kundalini Class on Tuesday and Thursdays is marvelous. Kundalini is a less offered Asana practice, even in San Francisco where I live. I'll attach a photo of Ricardo. I also had Colin's Vinyasa Flow and Sylvie's class as well. Both were terrific instructors. The setting of Paraiso Yoga with Nara's...

Such a wonderful place! We stayed in the bungalow, snug for all 4 of us (parents and 2 college-aged kids), but really fine, as there are other places to hang out on the property. We ate breakfast and a few other meals that we prepared in the community kitchen. We spent lots of time in the outdoor living room, the...

I usually never write reviews, but after such a great experience with Paraiso Yoga and my instructor Carrie I just can't contain myself. I started taking classes with Paraiso Yoga after being out of practice for quite a while. After two days of amazing classes in this beautiful studio my body hurt in places I didn't know existed. Carrie explained...

I felt so cared for and welcomed! I had a Thai Massage with Nara that was out -of -this- world amazing! Highly recommend to get a massage!...

Paraiso yoga bungalows are in the perfect location. Very close walk to town but far enough away to be very private and quiet in the eve/am. The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and there were always fresh flowers around. the kitchen was clean and there was always fresh bottled water avail. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were...

We stayed in Sayulita for 2 months and I was fortunate to find Paraiso. Giselle instructed the Pilates class that I faithfully attended 3 times a week. She was wonderful, beautiful and the best instructor I have ever had. Looking forward to returning next year!

I stayed at this place for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The hostel is located on the quite side of sayulita (right side of the river) with walking distance to the town centre in 5min and beach/surfspot in 2min. A supermarket is next door and restaurants are within 3-5min walk. It has a great very green garden with...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Paraiso Yoga is a small economical secret to know about, with only 3 bungalows. These are very simple and sparsely appointed with quality furnishings. Designed with the "Zen surfer" in mind, are ideally located on a quiet street 1 block north of the river dividing Sayulita, so there is only a 3 minute short walk to center of town and a short hop of 2 blocks to the beach. ... more   less

“The larger room has a private full bath and two queen beds, and it is about 10 or 20 more a night. The other two bungalows have one queen size bed and private baths but they are outside of the room itself. It is not a luxury resort, but if you want a quiet beautiful and authentic experience, along with all amenities needed, and a lovely intimate beach/jungle/yoga setting, you will be happy here. No AC but the fans and mosquito nets plus lots of windows kept us comfy.”
