Four of us stayed here for four nights. Our room was very spacious and had a small kitchenette which was great. It had a king size bed and a double bed that were well spaced apart. The bathroom and shower were large. Our room, number 104 was quiet for the most part. You could hear the buses backing up next door but it did not bother us. There is a pool in the center courtyard which had a little noise associated with it but it ended at 10 PM which did not bother us. The cleaners were always cleaning the exterior and interior areas of the hotel. They have a water bottle filling station on each floor. They also have coffee and muffins available on the weekends I noticed. They have an outdoor area to enjoy as well. When we checked in the woman knew exactly who we were, showed us to our room and the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. It was just outside of town, about a 10 minute walk to get into town. It was nice because you can get there quickly or to the beach but have more quiet for the nights. I would definitely stay here again!

This small hotel is located right beside the bus station and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is very modern, spacious and clean. The pool in the courtyard is lovely but does make for an increase in noise. However, it is a welcome addition to the hotel during the hot days. The rooms are large with a kitchenette.
The staff here is very welcoming and helpful, especially the lovely lady on the desk. All our questions were answered in a friendly, gracious manner.
We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel !!! My family loved it ! Excellent location , walking distance to everything, bars and restaurants. Very clean , the staff is amazing ! We will definitely return again . They also rent out golf carts so it’s easier to get around to beaches . We traveled with lil ones and they loved the pool they have .

Very good attention from the staff, spacious room, pool with warm water and the facilities in general in good condition.
Aspects to improve: The pool water is a little warmer, the lack of parking close at hand, since you have to leave your car a block away, and the lack of a restaurant or cafeteria. However, we will gladly return because it has everything you need for a good family rest.

Great stay. People were very friendly. Bed was extremely hard, so that wasn’t great but we survived.
Pool was never busy so we made us of that a lot. Not a lot to eat nearby - but the pizza spot next door is awesome in a pinch! They also rent golf carts, although we opted for an ATV

The staff was VERY nice. We arrived early and left late and they were very accommodating. Hotel was close enough to the action and beach without being right on top of it. The pool in the middle of the hotel was AWESOME!!!! We could watch our kids swim right from our hotel room. The kitchenette saved us a lot of money from eating out every meal.

My family stayed here and were very impressed with the hotel and staff! The rooms and property were very clean and tidy. The hotel is the perfect distance from the downtown area and the beach, only 5 minutes walking. I would strongly reccommend anyone coming to sayulita to stay here! I can’t say enough about how great the staff was in accommodating us! Stay at the Riviera Sayulita Hotel!

Hotel Riviera Sayulita was fantastic. They had great service. It is right next to the bus station to so it’s very convenient to get there from PV. The central pool was great for our kids. Also the art is beautiful throughout. I highly recommend this hotel.
