This place is a true gem in Sayulita. The location is central and the town square and beaches are only a few minutes walk. The hotel is clean, new, and the rooftop pool was super. Coffee and water in the hallways is a great touch and staff was very accommodating. The rooms are appointed very well. Beds are comfortable, toiletries were awesome, and everything was modern and convenient. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The design of the suites is great for larger groups wanting to stay together.

My experience at the Ximena Boutique Hotel was top notch and I would highly recommend staying at this location. The hotel and rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable (AC throughout). However what was even better was the staff at hotel. They were very helpful, accommodating and went above and beyond time and time again, and seemed to make a personal connection with their guests. While the building itself was great, the staff was even better!

Absolutely wonderful stay. perfect spot, a quick 5 min walk to town but away from all the noise. The place was very clean, staff was so friendly. The rooftop pool was the perfect relaxing luxurious spot !! They have cold, clean filtered water on each floor which was super helpful. Thank you to the Ximena team!

Wonderful hotel. I had a room on the back of the hotel and it was extremely quite. Lots of hot water and a/c was perfect. Nice to have filtered water and fresh coffee on each floor. Bed was extremely comfortable and slept well each night. I was there for 10 days. Easy walking to North Beach and to local markets. Short walk over the bridge to centre of Sayulita, great restaurants and markets. Rooftop pool was absolutely great as was the bar and poolside drinks. Noel and the other front desk personnel spoke English which was a bonus. Beach towels and pool towels available for hotel guests. No food available in the hotel but there is a little market around the corner for fresh fruit and a little bakery a half a block up the street. Good security as visitors have to sign in. Only downside are the stairs into the hotel from the street. They are short concrete steps that blend very nicely but no markings on the edge. Did not notice the step and took a nasty fall straining my wrist and badly bruising a rib and knee. Overall my stay was good and will definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! Rooms were clean, stylist, and LARGE. Hotel is just a block or two from a super fun area with restaurants and shops but just far enough away to be quiet. 5 minute easy walk to the beach. Coffee and filtered water on each floor. Lovely small rooftop pool with a bar. Don't miss the tasty French bakery on the corner.

Ximena hotel in Sayulita is a gem! A literal Oasis in the desert! The staff goes above & beyond, always with a smile on their face(s). The place is spic & span clean, beautiful & comfy. Rooftop pool & bar made our stay. Just LOVED this hotel! So nice to come back “home” here every day, after exploring Sayulita. Stayed here for a week & would 100% go back & stay here again.

When booking this hotel, I was uncertain; however, our stay at Ximena did not disappoint. The property is newly built. The rooms and common spaces are modern, spacious, and clean. They have a nice rooftop pool with a bar that opens at 12pm. There is a nice large sitting area on the roof as well. They have a coffee station on each floor and a place to get filtered water. The staff were very friendly. It was a short walk into town. Importantly, it was quiet at night. There were roosters crowing and dogs barking from about half a block over at about 6 am, but it was not enough to interrupt sleep.

A real gem of a hotel, clean, friendly staff, and amazing pool on roof of hotel. We had a junior suite which was fantastic. Coffee and water available all day long on every floor. Books up quickly and we were so pleased to stay there. Easy walk into town and the beach. Also very close to bus depot.

We had a great time at this very clean boutique hotel. Fairly new hotel, nice and comfortable rooms. Rooftop pool and bar were on point. As stated in reviews, water and coffee on every floor. Easy walking distance to beach and main square. Very close to bus station for affordable transportation. Best WiFi in any hotel I have been to in Mexico. Give it a try.

We stayed 3 nights and it was so nice. I am sorry that I can only remember Jose “Joseph” by name but everyone at the Ximena was Great. Breakfast, room, comfortable bed and nice warm pool, all so nice. Located a block away from the bus station made it easy to travel to Guayabitos, San Pancho and South if you wanted. We plan to return again!
