A small hotel, with very clean rooms and reasonable priced. The AC units works great, keeps the room nice and cool. Excellent location, in the middle of town, If you want a nice room, and nothing more, this is the place. Great bathrooms. Did I mentioned clean.

This was a great place to stay in the heart of Sayulita. Very close to everything! I am giving an average rating because it is not fancy but for the price $50.00 a night, it is all you need. Nice rooftop balcony to sit and relax.

We been there for a week and it was really clean and the staff was very friendly even though we didn't speak spanish. A little bit noisy but it was a long week-end so we guessed it was noisy everywhere in town that week-end. I would stay again at this place for sure

I haven't sent in a review before, but thought this was worth it. The hotel is clean and sterile with no character. The management were the most untrusting people I've ever experienced. There is a small door leading out to the street and it was locked 24 hours a day. Even though I had a key I felt like I was a prisoner. They watched my every move. When I arrived they demanded payment right away. I didn't have any more pesos and told them that I would run across the street to change some money and be right back. All of my bags were in the room, but they insisted on payment before I left the building, so I gave them a credit card. Then they gave me a handwritten receipt that said in spanish no cancellation, no refunds. Check out is at 11 and it will be 40 pesos an hour over that even to leave baggage. Usually hotels will let you store your bag as long as you are checked out of the room. I felt like when I left the road and the beach and entered the hotel I was entering a twilight zone. It had no beach feel whatsoever!

My friend and I were looking for a place last minute to stay in Sayulita one more night. We had previously stayed at an airbnb up the road (which was pretty awful) and so we wanted a place that was more inviting. Erika and Jose were very warm and welcoming and took us in. The rooms have AC and are clean and the location is in the center of it all but still quiet enough when you need to sleep.

This hotel is in a great location about a block from the beach. The Rooms are clean and well kept and were cleaned daily. There was no one else staying here so we had the whole building to ourselves. Air conditioning worked well which is very important in summer!

I can say that the town of sayulita is a cool little town that did not disapoint us at all, we have traveled around Mexico and only reviewing my favorites. We are not rich people and travel on a budget and Hotel Eden was really nice right in the center of town. We paid about $50 a night and it was quite comfortable, clean with AC, not much more you need. The staff was nice and we are glad we picked this hotel.

This hotel was a lucky find for us in Sayulita. It's a block from the beach, a block from the main plaza, and a great price for the quality. Just a small stairway leads off the street to the front desk. The rooms, all similar, have a king bed, a small window under the a/c unit, a small bathroom and a big flat screen TV. Nice wooden traditional furniture, comfortable beds. No view to speak of, except from the public balconies. I would definitely stay here again.

When I say very good, know that this is not an all inclusive or anything super fancy. What it is is a good hotel.

I did not stay here myself, but visited friends who were staying there in July. I also talked to them during their week long stay & their comments continued to be positive about it.

I only walked up the stairs to their room so if there were other amenities, like a pool or anything, i did not know of them. I think not.

But from the moment i walked in the front door and then into the room itself, the cool relief was wonderful. Everything was very clean & there was a lovely, large, comfortable bed that the couple, myself and their 6 year old son, all hung out on at various times. There were a few of those little ants you see so much in MX, in the bathroom....but from staying other places, i think they just must be extremely difficult to get rid of.

There was no window or outside view in the room i saw, so this would not be for the claustrophobic or for those who want your Hotel to be part of your "experience". But if you want a cool clean place to sleep, in the center of Sayulita, a few blocks from the beach, this would be nice.

Don't know the exact price, but know my friends are budget minded. They had been looking around quite a bit & settled on this for balance of price & comfort. If I did not already have a good hotel I would have stayed here myself.

Wife and I took a day trip from PV to Sayulita. We liked it so much we decided to stay the night. We asked our waiter for a hotel suggestion and he told us about Hotel Eden. It's one block from the beach. Looks brand new. Very clean. The room was great. Nice beds, AC and TV. Felt secure. Had a very good nights sleep. The owner is very courteous. Would definitly stay there again. It's a great value for only $60.

"I never have a preference to where my room is if there is not a view. There is a community balcony and rooftop to hang out on and people watch. Anyone staying there can access that."
