I stayed here 4 nights while in Kansas City. It was the cheapest place ($39) I could find and I had expected far worse than what I found. This place has a foul reputation as the other reviewers have indicated but I had no problems here. The hotel is old and low budget, so don't expect the Ritz Carlton. They...

This place is absolutely horrible. The host was a small little man that seemed put out that he had to do his job. I asked for nonsmoking. I smelled like someone had just smoked in there five minutes before I got there. And I skipped a shower because there was black mold all over the tiles and shower curtain. I...

Whenever I see someone give a cheap hotel a bad review, I think, what did you expect from a cheap hotel? This one, though, was bad even for a cheap hotel. We showed up at almost 1am after visiting Worlds of Fun. There was a lot of traffic for that late at night - made me wonder what kind of...

I know the room was only $45 a night but they should be paying the customers to stay there. Holes in carpet throughout room, hole punched/kicked in bathroom door, mold on ceiling in shower, condom on floor near bed, the film on the bathroom mirror was so thick it almost gave a distorted reflection (like a circus mirror). Without question...

So we came here since the ac broke in our truck. The ONLY thing okay here was the ac. I kept my shoes on until I crawled into bed because I felt so dirty here. There were flat pillows on the bed so I called for more. I was told there were no more. Then I went into the bathroom...

Although this facility is not the prettiest nor the best smelling place, they are flexible and want to help. It makes a difference how you approach a situation, coming at someone with accusations in a harsh way does not get good results anywhere you go in whatever you do. Yes we found roaches, no the bed sheets don't fit properly...

I stayed here for 3 week on business. The room and bathroom are in very poor condition. Vinyl bathroom floor pealing up and tile falling down. The carpet unraveling in areas. The towels and linens are clean. The free internet works well. Their weekly rates are the cheapest around. I would still come back because of price and didn't have...

I will say it was low cost, but nothing can get the image out of my head. I could not shower in that bathroom. The manager on nights who claimed to be the nephew of the owner was not at all helpful, enough said!

We stayed at this motel because it was the closest one to worlds of fun that came up on our GPS that had rooms available and affordable rates. The outside is pretty run down, but we asked for a key so we could go look at the room before paying. There were some cosmetic issues that were obvious, but I...

I come to Kansas City a lot for Business and Pleasure. I always stay here. It is by the Highway, near the World of fun and Casinos, also downtown, and much Safer. 15 minutes from Airport. Staffs are helpful, free Wi-Fi. and affordable.
