Located within The Plaza with good walking access to shops and dinning options, It is an average quality accommodation with good size room with kitchen facilities and bath. Laundry, gym and parking on site. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was located on the same floor where they served breakfast thus you can smell 'food' on the floor...

The place is awful, I have stayed at some substandard places before and just pushed through it. First, we got to our room at 9:30 and the air conditioner was running, but it was 79 degrees in the room. Contacted the front desk and they advised that if it didn't cool down in a hour let them know. Passed out...

The service was friendly but the room was awful - 70's decor, seemed clean but very depressing, dark and dingy. And only one side table and light by the bed! I would never have stayed in this hotel if I had known. The room also smelled of strong cleaning agent, probably to cover smoking. I could hardly breathe in there.

I recently had my bachelorette party in KC. I used some family members points for rooms. Over the course of the weekend we reserved 12 rooms. Some both nights, some just Saturday. So people were constantly coming in a 24 hour period. We requested early check-in and got it. Late check outs-got it. Staff was so friendly and willing to...

This hotel in many ways is typical Residence Inn, but has a "boutique hotel" atmosphere. The front desk people were friendly and helpful, and Craig at the "Happy Hour" is friendly and entertaining. The happy hour is different/better than most. The rooms are starting to show a little wear, but well kept. Parking is covered and conveniently adjacent to the...

We stayed in this hotel for the NCAA basketball tournament. The location of this hotel is perfect for the shopper and diner. The Country Club area has many upscale restaurants and shops that are right outside the hotel doors. Due to the busyness of the city during our stay, our hotel manager suggested we use Uber to get downtown. Normally,...

Thank you for giving us some great valuable feedback. I am glad your enjoyed our location and breakfast. Our Residence Inn is very unique. We do have exterior entrance rooms and rooms that are located in the main tower. When making reservations, it is noted which room type is exterior entrance. The negative part is, there is no elevator in...

The Residence Inn Kansas City Country Club Plaza is a terrific place to stay. It has a "friends and family" experience from the front desk staff, general manager, and happy hour staff. They make you feel welcomed and go above and beyond to make you feel accommodated. The happy hour is more than just appetizers it entails a wonderful array...

Room was not ready when promised which caused a series of scheduling issues with business meetings for the rest of the day. Quite a pain. The lounge was a bit messy. This property is a bit dated but otherwise presentable and comfortable. The space is not grand nor impressive, so don't aim to entertain at this location. This location has...

I appreicate you taking the time to give us some feedback.. I apologize your room was not ready for check in. Our property runs a very high occupancy every year and there are some days when our long term guests check out, where the rooms will take longer to deep clean than normal. Our hotel is scheduled for a complete...
