Following this place from its start to the present, through several owners (first owner was my uncle but I'm not biased concerning how things are today), it has come a long way and is a full-service fish-or-float resort. There are a variety of updated cabins, camping spots, the Piney across the road, numerous amenities (pool, shower house), shop, pleasant staff...

This was our 3rd time at this location. We always get a cabin, the new owners are in the process of updating them. All the camping and cabins are in a great location to the river, nice amenities and a lot to do. Everyone is always friendly and they keep it pretty well suited for a family environment. Situated on...

Stayed a couple of nights in cabin 9 during the week. Trip down memory lane for my sister and myself. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay the most pleasant possible. They delivered wood, ice etc...Highly recommend staying if you are in the area. Did not get to float this trip, but will for...

My wife and I and our little 14 year old mini schnauzer decided to take a fifteen mile float trip down the Big Piney River leaving from Boiling Springs on a Saturday and being picked up on Sunday. Since the trip would be for two days and we would be camping overnight somewhere along the river we had quite a...

We stayed one night tent camping and floated the next day. The camping fee was standard. They do charge extra for pets. The owners were very friendly and accomodating and we had a great float on a beautiful river. The kayak was one of the nicest we've ever rented and the fee for shuttling our private canoe less than usual.

We spent two nights with these wonderful folks in a truly peaceful RV park. BSR is affordable and worth every penny; it is a great value for the money! If you are into float trips, sitting around the fire with family, fishing or just escaping the hustle of everyday life for a bit, this is the place to go. Make...

My adult son and I stayed there for the first time since the new owners took over in December 2015, so any comments about the previous management should be disregarded. We stayed in Cabin #4, which had two small bedrooms and a perfectly workable bathroom/shower, as well as a well-stocked kitchen (though we barbecued outside). The A/C labored mightily to...

We stayed for 2 nights in early May and floated with friends. The cabins were just re-done, and though rustic, were very clean and cute. Cabins have a fire ring and grill, and we had a nice campfire on our second night. It looked like lots of grounds improvement and building work was going on, so I expect amenities will...

The man who is the Proprieter of this Camp resort needs a lesson in customer service. He is rude and became loud threaten tone with me, concerning a misunderstanding, in which site he wanted me to park. His wife told me one thing and he another. The Parks bathrooms, bath houses. both were dirty. Flies and other bugs, Toilettes were soiled...
