Pam and Rob are such wonderful hosts. The setting of the Lodge is perfect. We loved using the little ferry to ply over to Whitianga - a little treat each time you travelled to and from. Rob's local knowledge and informative tour of the surrounding Maori site was a real bonus. It is a lovely area to relax in -...

Thank you so much for your reviews, both on our NewZealandbeds.co.nz and here on tripadvisor. We really enjoyed your 10 nights with us. You have the record now for the longest stay in the Harbourview suite! Previous record was 7 nights. You were like 'old friends' and we certainly missed your company. We wish you all the best on your...

We stayed with Pam & Rob for two nights in Feb & were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. It was the first of the many b & b's we stayed at during our three week trip to NZ & one we will never forget. We stayed in the Harbour Room which has a gorgeous view...

We are so pleased you enjoyed your short stay with us. Really glad you enjoyed the walk, learning some local history, and the home-made goodies served at breakfast. We are really fortunate to meet so many interesting people, enjoying the breakfast as much as our guests do, I'm sure. The chatter and outbursts of laughter around the breakfast table is...

We stayed at Ferry Landing Lodge for two nights, but wished it could have been longer. Rob and Pam made sure we felt right at home in the Harbor View room which has a gorgeous view. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts wonderful, but the best part of our stay was getting to know Pam and Rob and...

Thank you, for your review and for choosing our place to stay while you enjoyed the Coromandel treasures! We so enjoyed meeting you both and learning to play polish poker! Pam and Rob welcomed us almost as family and we had the best couple of days in this beautiful part of the Coromandel. Rob's tour of the Maori Pa was fascinating and to walk from the B&B and hear so many fascinating cultural insights was really exciting. Pam's breakfast jams and chutneys were delicious too. All homemade and exquisitely presented...

We stayed at the Ferry Landing Lodge B&B for two nights over Christmas 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our hosts Pam and Rob. Firstly, we'd like to thank them for opening up their B&B over this very busy holiday period. Their friendliness and hospitality were wonderful and added tremendously to our Whitianga area experience. We were accommodated in...

Thank you so much for your substantial, flattering comments. Feedback is always appreciated. Rob is so glad you enjoyed his walk. Those early pioneers faced so many' unknowns', that's for sure. We owe it to them to keep their stories 'alive'. For many people who've done the walk previously mention 'things' they hadn't seen. So pleased you enjoyed our breakfast...
