Beautiful resort. Room to roam. A perfect place to go with family, friends or a significant other. Not sure how old this resort is but everything looks brand new. Plenty to do on and off resort. Some construction/maintenance being done in the park so a bit noisy.

We traveled during Spring Break where the first day was snow and the last day was 70 F. Even so, the amount of things to do kept us entertained throughout our stay. We started with dinner at the Top of the Rock, in which the view is breathtaking. We did the couples Spa and we had a wonderful experience...a bit...

We visited both of these places, did some walking around, had a beer at the Devil's Pool Restaurant, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings on a lovely spring day. Big Cedar can be visited without paying a fee. But Top of the Rock has a $10 per car fee, but they then hand you a voucher worth $10 to use in the...

Our family had a great time at Big Cedar Lodge for our traditional Easter vacation. We are fond of the the lakeside cottages, works out great for the fisherman in our family. My daughter and I enjoyed a morning at the lovely spa. We never pass up the opportunity to play a couple rounds of putt putt, and there is...

Big Cedar has a lot of things to do. Been here 6 times and every time it's a fun relaxing and different experience. SPA- top notch. great services, great environment. really professional. Couples Grotto pool is really high quality and relaxing. outdoor private seating nice touch. Skin care products (I know that's girly) are really quality and you get professional...

We just returned from a second stay at big cedar lodge. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the private cabins. I would highly suggest making sure you get a lakeside cabin...Our cabin this time had no view...Also it smelled like trash out side very badly. I am not sure exactly why but it was bad enough we...

We absolutely enjoyed every bit of our time at Big Cedar. Our lives are pretty hectic and we didn't have much time for a getaway. So, we stayed close to home and tried our luck at this resort. It was a little tricky to find the registration office because the gps on my phone was incorrect. But, we backtracked and...

There was so much construction and workers that there wasn't any peace to be found. When renting a cabin we expected it to be quiet and calm, that was not the case. The cabin was nice and the facility seems to be more geared to city people with kids who want to have a mini "rustic" get away. It's more...

If the hotel rooms were maintained like the grounds, I would never leave. The views and property are unsurpassed! The room used to be quaint, but now it's just old. We stayed at Valley View in a King Kitchenette. The appliances are extremely old. The shower head is eye level and I'm only 5'3". The bed was extremely comfortable. I...

Big Cedar is a very cool resort on the shores of Tablerock Lake. Offers Tremendous views, beautiful grounds, family activities, dining, golf, boating, etc. The rustic design is quaint and fitting. That said there are things to be aware of considering the high cost charged to stay there. The bathrooms are small, showers feel like you are being sandblasted while...
