This hotel is comfortable and conveniently located across from the convention center. It is also within walking distance of the Gateway Arch, several professional sporting arenas and many restaurants. Service was excellent! Especially from the doorman and the additional bellmen that worked at the main entrance's curbside arrival door. Rooms were clean and very nice. Great stay overall.

As with many downtown - convention hotels, you pay a premium price and get a sub-premium room or service. That is NOT the case here. Yes, you're paying a premium for this hotel but, for similar class hotels, it's not out of line. What sets this hotel apart and WELL WORTH the rate is 1. Location. Right in the middle...

I stayed 3 nights in May (2017) for business at the convention center. There is a parking garage across the street from the back of the hotel. The hotel charges $25/night for parking. I'm almost certain I saw the maximum daily rate in the garage itself was $20. So might be wise to pay when you leave rather than going...

I am so disappointed that my guests, who are traveling from around the world, will be charged between $ 10-13 PER DAY for use of the internet (slow for $10, regular speed for $13) Join the 21st century. We have booked 26 plus rooms and this is a disgrace. We have even booked some suites. We have no perks and...

Beautifully restored "Grand" hotel in the center of everything downtown. Walk to Busch Stadium, the Arch, etc. Gorgeous lobby and lobby bar. Nicely updated rooms. Marriott hospitality. Really comfy beds, but their pillows are too fat and therefore uncomfortable. If you are reading this, Marriott, please put a couple of squishy pillows in each room.

The property is in the heart of downtown conveniently located to many attractions. We stayed on Saturday night after attending a game a Busch stadium. The hotel was very busy. We were staying on the 9th floor and the fire alarm went off. Upon opening the door, the hall was full of smoke. We walked down 9 flights of stairs...

This is an Average Marriot and that is not a bad thing. Marriott's are consistently a fine hotel and this one is no different. Rooms were clean and roomy, the location is good and for those of you that enjoy a good smoke once in awhile, the is a very nice cigar bar about 2 blocks away.
