We had an excellent time during our two night stay at the Union Station. It started off with a bump in the road, as we were told we could check in at 2:00 but when we arrived, this was not commented to the front desk. They could only check us in at 3:00, but gave us free parking during our...

Wow! Greatly impressed with the atrium for check-in. A real step back in time and gorgeous!! The breakfast buffet is nothing like any other hotel buffet, bacon, sausage, potatoes, omelets made fresh for you, all kinds of fresh fruit cut up, fruit juice shooters, pastries, cereals etc The atrium has a full bar and some menu items in the evening...

We stayed here for a conference for day days. If you get the opportunity to stay here, do so just to experience the hotel's Grand Lobby. It is beautiful and transports you back to a time when travel was experienced on a completely different and charming level. Do not miss having a drink at the bar in the lobby it...

Used to be the old train station. Really fun to see the architecture, artwork, and design. Not to mention the hotel staff is amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way.

The hotel had a private wedding party the day we arrived and the lounge was roped off and unavailable. They had a professional DJ that played extremely loud club music until around 1am that could be heard clear as day from our room. After the music stopped drunken people were roaming the halls crashing and banging into the doors and...

The Union Station Hotel in St. Louis is beautiful. The staff are extremely nice. Check in is smooth, and check out is rapid and uneventful. The food is good, and the general service is good. Unfortunately, the maid service is very poor - no real cleaning of the room, and no fresh towels. This reduces my "service" rating to "average".

I stayed there last week for a seminar. I'm a Hhonors member but I guess that means nothing. My room wasn't ready so they said they would call me when it es available. After 4 hours waiting and watching others go to their rooms I was told they would give me a different room. You had to walk forever to...

Beautifully renovated hotel with old time charm. Loved the common area with the nightly light show. The rooms are freshly decorated with subtle but bold color. Replenished water bottles daily without rooom charge was a nice surprise.

Will never return. If the hotel gave a guy keys to your room and they walked in on your fiance' sleeping would you return? That was just the beginning. Everything went downhill from there. We were there with a group of about 200 and nobody seemed happy.
