Service is decent. Restaurant and lobby bar take forever to get food out. The hallways to the rooms can be a literal maze. I stay here weekly for work an I have grown comfortable knowing what the hotel does well and what it does not. Business center needs a scanner. You can't call yourself a 4 star hotel and not...

I booked a room for two nights with this hotel because they take dogs. The room itself was clean but had no view. It looked out into the bowels of the old train station. So it was rather dark unless all of the lights were turned on. Room service was adequate. The hotel maid didn't show up until almost 4...

Thank you for your recent visit and for taking the time to share your feedback. I do certainly wish to apologize that your stay was not as enjoyable as most our guests. We do have an extremely high score for "problem-free stays", but it seems that you somehow caught a few frustrations during your visit. I can only speculate why...

From the second you walk in, it is an amazing expirience. The staff at the front door, hostess, everyone we came in contact with was wonderful! I can't even begin to describe the atmosphere and interior. It's an excellent mix between contemporary and historic! The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very cozy. The laser light show...

This hotel is really neat. They have done an amazing job renovating the train station. The rooms are really nice. The breakfast options are fantastic. The location is perfect for seeing the city easily.

This was a gorgeous hotel! Getting to stay inside Union Station was a really neat experience, for a very affordable price! We also enjoyed the hotel bar, which has a light show every hour. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The staff here was literally the friendliest I have ever been exposed to. Total professionalism at ever turn in this hotel. I could not believe how consistent the service was no matter what I did. At the valet, grabbing a snack and drink in the restaurant or at the front desk. Really well managed facility.

I returned to this hotel after a few years and was happy to see that it remained as nice as I remembered. The lobby is beautiful, you will want to spend all your time there. Meeting facilities and staff were also excellent. This is a large facility, so make sure you leave enough time to get where you need to...

My family stayed at this hotel previously. The rooms have been updated in the last couple of years and the hotel lobby and bar area are completely refinished. They are "AWESOME". The Union Station shops are all closed. The west end of the shopping has been converted into conference rooms. The hotel employee we spoke to did not know the...

What an outstanding and historical building. The facilities and staff were the most professional I've ever seen. The rooms were clean and full of amenities. Security is a priority as you need a key to get everywhere. The main bar is a sight to see with a nightly light and music show on the 70ft ceiling. prepare to be amazed!
