Convenient location to bas pro as well as downtown and the mall. Pool and hot tub were great! We loved the fact that this hotel has the 2 room suites with 2 separate TVs..one for us adults and one for kids also loved the larger fridge and a sink area..very handy with kids!

We were told by a woman over the phone TWICE that our room would have a stove a couple of days before we checked in. When I asked if she was sure, she said “It’ll come with everything a regular kitchen in an apartment would have.” So of course, we brought groceries with us

I'm sorry you feel you were told we had amenities that we do not have. Our website shows what all is in our hotel rooms and stoves are not available at this location. You booked thru booking.com which I'm not sure if they gave you the incorrect information since you could not give the hotel a name of who you spoke with. We have not charged anything on your account since you checked out. Your card was authorized and not charged until check out. Since you are using a cash app for your payment, management was not able to contact customer service since they have none at all. The "charges" that are coming through your app cannot be fixed on the hotel level since customer service doesn't exist for it. Management stated to you that it would take 3-10 business days for the charge to come through correctly. Again, booking through the hotel is the best option so there isn't any issues with the reservation and using a card that has a customer service contact for management to confirm payment is ideal. Again, we apologize for your dissatisfaction, we suggest you look into extended stay properties that have the amenities you are needing for future stays.

The biggest thing we liked about this place was that it smelled clean. No musty odors or febreeze cover-up smells. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit to the area. Good place to stay!

Unfortunately, we are not the location with the TGIF's in the parking lot. We are located right off of I-44. You are wanting the Hampton Inn South property located at 3232 South Glenstone Ave.
