The lobby is dark and outdated, the hallway carpets are dirty, the rooms are dark and outdated and old looking. There was lots of traffic, people coming and going that seemed to be out of place. The breakfast was a series of generic foods in a makeshift area and again the area

I had dropped off some old farm equipment to a friend in Missouri; on way back, decided to stop at this hotel on 11-26-2018, a place I had been to several times before. I received the same courteous service and nice room as from my previous stops and the breakfast area is very

I stayed here twice on my most recent visits to Springfield Missouri. The first time was on Wednesday November the 7th 2018, and the second was on Saturday November the 18th 2018. On my first visit I was given room 117 in the basement, called the first floor. This room had some

I stayed in room 233 for three nights, on the morning of my departure I noticed a series of red bumps on my left shoulder and armpit, one was the size of a dime. Went to doctor for a DOT physical and was asked about these bumps, told the Dr. they just appeared this morning she

Steven, Thank you for your honest review! Unfortunately, these things do happen and as soon as we got notice of it, we had a professionally trained team come in and look in the room. They were unable to find anything. Since this was posted, we did have a chance to speak on the phone where we figured out where the issue really was. Hopefully the DOT doctor was able to find the correct diagnosis.

Not a bad place for the price. Was just in town for one night and didn't want to spend a lot on a room. The place is clean and the staff was friendly. Nice little lounge to have a night cap before tucking in. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Room 117 bathroom door edge. Quite unbelievable carpentry.
Good bathroom in room 201.
A lesson in how NOT to perform carpentry awaits you in room 117.

Hi, The issue came down to the strong scent of marijuana. We sent several people to the room, including myself, two house-keepers to ensure that the room did in fact smell. Unfortunately there was evidence of the drug found in the room, as well as it's scent lingering far past when you checked out. We were forced to shut the room down and provide deep cleaning before the next guest will be able to stay in this room. As per the agreement you signed at check in, we were were forced to keep the $100.00 cash deposit. Thank you and I hope that answers your question.

Unfortunately our rooms either have Two Queen size beds or a Single King (with a Pullout Sofa). Based on the size of our rooms the maximum number of beds we can have is two and because of this we do not have any Rollaways. We are sorry if this does not meet your needs. Thank you for your question regarding our hotel! We hope that in the future we can meet your needs and look forward to the opportunity to have you stay with us!

I see they allow pets, but is it just dogs or will they allow a cat?
Very sorry, but I don't know the answer to that. I would call the front desk and ask them. The front desk people were very nice.

"I try to stay on the lower side where there's more parking, as I usually am driving a pickup with a trailer."
"Do not take room 117 in the basement, called the 1st floor."
"Ask front desk clerk for what you might prefer-they are very helpful"
"Do Not Use This Facility"
"As I said, I would not stay here again. If you do stay, an inside room as I had is probably the quieter choice."
