The hotel was an average Fairfield Inn, and I have stayed in quite a few of them over the years. The staff was very well mannered and helpful. The rooms were normal for a hotel of this caliber. The housekeeping needs some work. When I checked in, there was a half-full drink with a straw in it in my refrigerator. Obviously they are not bothering to check things out when they clean the rooms. The laundry was a huge problem. While I am quite accustomed to paying for the use of the washer and dryer, I do expect them to work when I do. The only working washing machine left soapy water in it when I finished washing my clothes. My clothes will have to be re-washed once I get back home. The dryer did not dry my clothes. I had to spend money on it twice to get my clothes dry enough that I could hang them in my room for the night to get them completely dry.…
This hotel is absolutely 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ My family and I were originally supposed to stay at the Super 8 down the street. We quickly changed our reservation when we saw how run-down the Super 8 was. That was when we came over to the Fairfield in hopes of them having availability for our stay. They were very pleasant and gave us the same rate as the other hotel (a lower price!!!) and were so helpful. We enjoyed the indoor pool, open and spacious gym, continental breakfast in the morning and the outdoor seating and fire pit area! The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and the beds were SO COMFY😍 I would recommend anyone to stay here and since we were here visiting family we will be back in the near future, thank you for the great stay Fairfield!
This place is a true oasis in warrensburg, a brand new property, rooms are in great condition, friendly staff, good housekeeping, all in all, top notch, as fine an establishment as in any big city! Keep up the good work guys!
Staff was very friendly. Hotel is 3 years old, bright, and clean. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled "eggs" and sausage patties along with lots of other carbohydrates. Room lighting was better than average. You could use your Netflix account to watch your netflix shows on their TV. You could open the window a crack for fresh air. Hotel would be a 4 except for the room temperature control. The packaged terminal heat pump (PTHP) in the room was mounted under the window. The room was fitted with several motion activated occupancy sensors so whenever you enter the room the temperature is either too hot (in the summer) or too cold (in the winter). It took an hour for the room temperature to rise up to 70°F when I would enter the room. When I sat still at a computer or while watching TV, the heat would shut down after about an hour. I'd have to stand up and wave my arms to get the heat to turn back on. The hotel staff was aware of this problem but didn't know that the unoccupied setbacks could be adjusted by the hotel. The shower was clean and had a single fixed head mounted high enough for someone over six feet to get their head wet without crouching. They appear to have fixed the problem with using chemical perfume. I didn't notice an abhorrent smell in the room.…
What a joy to find a hotel that you could find nothing wrong with it. From check-in to check-out, everything was awesome. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was very nice, rooms clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet was always stocked, cookies and cold water available in the lobby. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stay here again!
