When we pulled up to this motel after making an online reservation we were a little dubious about our choice...the motel is an older one in need of a little cosmetic improvement...and it is situated right across the street from a seemingly low-rent apartment building. However, the room was great! It was spacious, clean, and rather well-appointed. It had a refrigerator, microwave, tv, desk, and sofa. Our room had a great paint job and plenty of light. The price of the motel reflects that it serves no breakfast...which was fine with us. The place is near a busy freeway so there is some noise during the night. The wi-fi here worked great.
Nice managers, bed was comfortable, bath was clean & tiny and fresh air. Warm water for showers, Manager turned off 1/2 of the electric water heaters, fridges are unplugged daily, no ice, tiny soap packs, and the linen is a little worn. I'd go down the road to Hotel 70 in High Hill for less money and WAY better sleeping experience as I've stayed at both.
Very large room & great, long vanity. The lady at the front desk was so unbelievably nice. We read reviews about no ice machine ( we stopped & bought a bag) & no coffee makers ( we have our own) but..she offered us both. There was also no hairdryer in our room, not sure if they're offered? It's clean, with comfortable beds. We used are own bedding/pillows-theirs looked & felt worn. It could be really nice, it just needs some TLC. They do have a flatscreen tv with a few Premium channels, frig & micro. Slept great & the ac unit worked very well. For $65 total its decent enough to stay again.
If you are looking for major amenities this is not a place for your overnight rest. The hotel rooms are dated and need a major upgrade. They do have a microwave and a dorm Size refrigerator that was unplugged so it did nothing to chill any drinks. There is NO in room coffee pot. The flat Screen tv is 24 inch Phillips with just under 100 channels available. The bathroom is spartan and you need to have your own soap, and shampoo. The towels and wash cloths could be bleached for about a year to get the well worn color out of the remaining fibers. The door locks are sketchy and the dead bolt really offers Little in any added protection as it barely goes inside the jamb of the door frame. The security chain is about as old as the room and a pee-wee football player could push through it if needed. The road traffic is annoying especially on a weekend evening as they seem to use the service road as a personal drag strips. Keeping the voluminous the TV up helps with canceling out the drag race noise. The beds are comfortable and the pillows soft with imitation down fill. …
Traveling through, needed a room for a the night. The room was comfortable and clean but pretty well worn. We just needed a place to stay and did not expect any other amenities. It was ok for the price.
