The front desk clerk was nice, but rooms are average at best. The room fee was $69.99 including a pet fee, plus tax and bringing the cost to $81.33. I do not think that the tax could not be $11.34 but that is what I paid. Otherwise, the room is clean, smoking is allowed so you will smell smoke even if you have a non smoking room, and it was quiet.

A pretty good value for the price. We considered looking elsewhere when we drove up and saw the condition of the building’s exterior and the limited number of cars in the lot. Inside we were greeted by a very personable proprietor which helped easy our hesitation. Our room was clean and comfortable with nice bedding, linens etc. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The furnace/air conditioner was not offensive. The morning coffee was plentiful and good. The breakfast offerings were the typical continental fare. This breakfast area needed a good helping of TLC. A good once over. My photo of the microwave speaks volumes for the state of this area. I was disappointed to see the use of foam cups, plates and bowls. I recommend this motel because it is an affordable option for a single night’s stay.

I picked this place as the final stop on our way home from Florida because it seemed affordable and had decent reviews. As soon as I pulled up, I got a bad feeling. It was in an odd location, not really near anything but some rundown apartments. I walked in and the entire place smelled like curry. The price I was charged was much more than I read online. I had to go park around back to access my room through a side door. It seemed very unsafe back there and not well lit. There was a trash can right by the entry that was absolutely overflowing. There was half a pizza just laying on the sidewalk. The hallway was dark and narrow. The room was very small, beds were too. The bathroom looked so dingy and was very cramped. There were two, odd computer-style chairs in the room. The tv was the old tube type that no one has any more. Wifi didn't work even with password. I spent 10 minutes sitting in there with my kids Then decided this just didn't feel right. We grabbed our stuff and got out. I was given a refund, minus $7 for having to clean the beds since we sat on them for all of 10 minutes. I didn't care, was just glad to be out of there.

Stopped for an overnight on a cross-country trip, so was looking for value. Hotel is sort of in a weird location, right by a national guard armory. Room was fine, a little threadbare, but clean enough. It had all the basics, although no refrigerator, and the air conditioning was a little loud. Close to the highway, fast food were the primary options nearby for food. In general, a fine enough place for an overnight.

Very clean quiet and comfortable. We came in late at night got a great deal and had a very comfortable clean room. I couldn’t ask for anything better for this price. I am very satisfied with my visit. Family owned hotel was very friendly personable and responsive.
