A bit tricky to find without GPS, but very convenient to Hwys. Plenty of parking. WiFi worked fine down in the lobby 1st nt. Never could get it in room. Office said was working fine, as did one guest.

This Hotel not only will screw you out of money, they will lie about it! I tried to be as nice as I could to these people but I got no where. And because of all of this I have to now get my attorney involved! The owner is very BEYOND RUDE and should not be operating a business! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

We have stayed here many times while traveling between gulf coast and Minnesota. BEST BUY out there for overnight stay! Property is well kept. Rooms are clean and smell nice (not that "old stinky motel" smell THANK GOODNESS)...even the common areas (halls). We travel coast to coast, stay in a wide variety of lodging and have had some pretty crazy experiences when using lower priced motels. This place is on the TOP of our list when we travel north. You will NOT find a better value anywhere. PS For three times the money you can get a 5-star experience somewhere else.

Booked the room from booking.com. And arrived there in the midnight. Furniture surface, bed and floor carpet all were like never been cleaned. Luckily I had a bedsheet in my car and used it on top of the bed and increased the room temp, slept without a blanket. Was there in midnight, so got no time to find another one.

I rolled into town late at night while passing through, needed a cheap place to stay for the night. I knew if I kept pushing West along I-70 rooms would get cheaper, but I was tired. . Everything in the area was running about the same price, 50-60 range, which is high for this level of quality. The owners don't speak English very well, at all, and are rude. I managed to haggle him down to $50 with tax. The room was about average, pretty clean but obviously old. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well, big bonus in my book. It's slightly better than a dump, but it's also not exactly dump prices. If the rate was closer to about $38-$45, it would've been average.
