Great hotel in Ksamil! Walking distance to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Breakfast is delicious, you can choose what you want to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean, great bathroom and shower, a lot of amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel in Ksamil, you really get great value for your money! 😊

we came here to eat breakfast, staying next door. We were welcomed, the food was very good and the prices excellent. next time we will stay here for sure. The conditions from here -LULA hotel and restaurant are excellent value for money, taking into account the surroundings overall.

This hotel has an ideal location - right across from the beach, but in a quieter part of town. But still close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, and have everything you could want. One of the nicest things was the restaurant. Beautiful covered area, with a constant sea breeze, and delicious food and a great selection of drinks. Ask for the ouzo!

I would not recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Ksamil.
My boyfriend and I had decided to book a sea view room to treat ourselves and were really looking forward to it. We arrived at the hotel at 6pm and the owner told us that he did not have a sea view room available and we would need to stay in a standard room overlooking an ugly garden. If he had told us before we would have booked another sea view room in another hotel, but obviously he did not let us know, probably because he knew we would be arriving too late to start looking for another room so he took advantage of that.
He asked us to cancel our reservation on Booking.com and then charged us for the downgraded room (obviously for a bit less money, all the while telling us he was "giving us a discount", as though we were stupid enough to not know that standard rooms cost less than sea view rooms anyway). We were confused about the request to cancel the Booking.com reservation, but then realised he was probably trying to avoid paying the Booking.com fee.
The owner of this hotel is a really shady character - do yourself a favour and book somewhere where you will be treated with courtesy and respect.

Made an unfortunate mistake of booking this place via Booking.com as Free reservation, pay at the property.
After only 10 minutes (literally TEN minutes), I changed my mind and decided to cancel as it was an available free option.
Shortly after I received an email asking me to pay for the first night €120.6
This is simply ridiculous.
Mind you, this information was not presented on the website, only via email, which I haven't even managed to check since I was still on the Booking website. If there was a fee required and shown on the Booking website I would have not cancelled and gone through with the booking since it was only for 4 nights. Instead , now I’m required to pay for one night and and not even use the property.
Worst. Experience. Ever. Avoid!!!

We made a booking about 4 months ahead, 2 rooms for 3 night in this, on the photos looking beautiful hotel. Unfortunately when we showed up at this hotel the guy told us he didn't had any rooms left for us. Some lame excuse came that he thought we were not gonna show up because we were from Holland. This ended up in not having a hotel to sleep. The only thing the guy could arrange was 2 rooms in another less luxurious hotel for 1 night. Something not really helpful off course.

NEGATIVE: - the bathroom does not have a bath as they advertise! Our room had a shower without any division from the toilet or sink! The water just floods the bedroom! Oh they have a mop where we managed to dry it up and survive. We spoke to Pedro and he said that all the rooms are like that. - the breakfast is poor but it is like that in all Albania... You have very few choices... - it was very difficult to found the hotel... there I no name on the road identifying it! POSITIVE: - very near to the beach - good walking distance to the village

We are a family of four persons and spent 6 days in this lovely hotel; very comfortable rooms, very convenient location; great food; laundry etc. But above all, the best aspect was the hotel staff, waiters, personnel at reception desk and cleaners. They really made us feel like being home.

Really can't fault Hotel Lula. What you see is what you get. It isn't 5 star but is clean, in a good location and serves good breakfast. I've seen one or two negative reviews of this place and I can't understand why. I would recommend.

Definitely NOT recommend to stay here! + good view if you have sea view room - terrible breakfasts (slices of bread with butter + orange chemical water or sandwich + orange chemical water... pfff...) - dirty bedsheets - cleaning room is not regular, one time may be cleaned after 3 days, next time after 2 days, you never know that - shower doesn't have any separation from the toilet, thus expect to have water everywhere, even in the room - transparent curtains, almost all street light will be in the room at night - not client oriented owner, if you'll have even little problem, don't expect to have even a bit of understanding
