Well what can I say. We had a wow factor as soon as we turned up in the taxi. We was greeted by Kevin who helped us in every way and showed us to our room which was very chic and modern with a smart tv and a lovely bathroom. The pool was lovely and always kept so clean so was the pool area. They also supply you with beach towels which was handy which there was a laundry basket for you to put your used towels in they always smelt so fresh of laundry cleaner. Urgan greeted us for breakfast with Kevin which was buffet style which accommodated for everyone but if you did want something else they would cook it for you. Which we did have poached eggs and an eggs Benedict which was amazing. My partner and I are big foodies and when it came to the evening meals we were absolutely astounded. We came bed and breakfast as we like to try different cuisines but we only ate out once as the food here was like Michelin star to say the least. I think we ate through the menu lol. The chefs were amazing and we couldn’t praise them enough. Tillie who we called Billy the entire stay as that’s what we thought they called him, Lillie I think that was his name was the other chef and Urgan she was lovely too and looked after our every needs. We also had Genaro who was 15 who was serving the drinks and learning the ropes he was lovely too and worked very hard as they all did. We met some amazing people on our stay which made our holiday so special. This is a gem of a hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Have just left this hotel- my gosh, we had a wonderful time. The staff were very courteous & helpful, my thanks go to Miguel and Arull for helping us so much to have a pleasant stay.
The hotel is very comfortable, the pool is perfect and the rooms clean and spacious.
The food is excellent and the chef is amazing. The staff were happy to cater to one gluten free, one pescatarian and one vegetarian with mo trouble and my cautious and fussy children were all able to find something to eat they thought were delicious. Well done Blue Water!

From first checking in we knew that we had chosen the right place for our week’s holiday. The room was very modern with a fabulous private balcony and the facilities were ideal with a fridge and lovely bathroom. The gardens and pool area were immaculate and the pool itself was most welcoming from the heat of the sun. The breakfast was excellent with little changes every day to vary the choice and the presentation was very impressive. Our stay was better than expected having never been to Albania before but now that we have, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Blue Water. Special thanks to Kadji (I hope that’s right) and Jurgan and all the rest of the staff including the ladies who kept our room immaculate. The only problem we encountered was having a taxi booked for us at reception for 4:45am to catch the ferry to Corfu for our flight home. It didn’t turn up but after asking someone on the main road (rather frantically )he called a friend who came within five minutes and took us the half an hour’s drive to the port. A bit risky I know but talk about the kindness of strangers !!! It was not the hotel who was at fault because they genuinely made the booking I just wanted to make it known in case anyone else finds themselves in a similar situation. Back to the hotel. Absolutely loved it !!

I think it's fair to say we had a disappointing stay at the Blue Water Hotel in Ksamil.
The hotel itself is just about ok, walkable to all the beaches and restaurants etc.
First impressions for us was 'Drake' being played at full blast around the pool and a group of Dutch lads hitting the beers before presumably a big night out on the town - not exactly what we were looking for when we booked the place.
Ksamil is clearly a party town so maybe I shouldn't have been surprised and yes we were woken up with drunken antics on the second night of our stay.
Breakfast was very basic.
On the positives, all the staff were friendly and helpful especially at the breakfast service.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very kind when we were there, but after we left we had to chase them for over 3 months requesting an invoice that we need for a booking refund. To this day we have not received the invoice. I even told them I would leave a bad review and they could not care less. Would not recommend and will definitely not return

Our family and friends spent a wonderful week at Blue Water Hotel in the end of June 2021. The hotel was a great choice. Locations is good, in a quiet place, and at the same time close to restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the nicest beaches in Ksamil. Hotel rooms are spacious with modern equipment, beds are very comfortable, bathroom is quite big as well. Cleanliness is at the highest level. Staff is helpful and extremely kind. Food in the restaurant is very delicious and the atmosphere is really nice. Pool area is also amazing, garden is well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel!

A superb hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly, the room was huge, and well decorated. Pool area very clean. Gardens well looked after. Nice breakfast. Only a short walk from the beach area, but far enough away that it's nice and quiet. Superb value for money, you can't go wrong!

Fresh, clean and perfect hotel just outside center of Ksamil.
The Staff is amazing and exceptionally service minded.
The Restaurant holds a very high standard. I recommend the Pina Colada in the Bar , which is perfectly balanced!

If there was 10 stars I would have gave 10 stars As soon as we arrived we felt good at this place . Friendly staff clean place great location and amazing food. There is a nice and clean swimming pool, breakfast was great with fresh products, and their restaurant is litteraly the best I ate in Ksamil. Thank you again for your warm welcome and see you soon :)

Hotel was very modern and clean. Staff were SO friendly and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much. Good local knowledge. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Beautiful pool and delicious cocktails brought directly to your sun bed. Great variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Overall excellent value.
