Detailed Reviews
Great beach/pool holiday resort just outside of Ksamil. The pool and beach are both great, note that access to the beach is via electric buggy from the main resort, which is not an issue because they are always available. The resort is not walking distance to Ksamil, so if you do not have a car, you need to take a taxi to get into town. As there are only two restaurants at the resort, if you stay more than a few days you will want to go into town to eat. Whilst most staff are friendly, the experience at the pool, where you need to be ‘allocated’ lounges was less than ideal, and was difficult to navigate initially. Whilst it is a private beach, they sell chairs to day visitors and it’s unclear on what basis they are allocated. We asserted ourselves and were able to get lounges where we wanted, but this should not be needed. The resort provides bottled water, but not enough for each day, so consider bringing some bottles or buy then when you go into town, otherwise you will need to buy more especially in summer.

The view&sea are really amazing, the service and staff is really avarage/poor qualitty and really not well trained. Cabins look very minimalistic, but they havnt any glass/cups/plate-nothing. For us was bezter was take a car every evening and drove to Ksamil restaurants-better qualitty&more friendly prices. We think that this place has a great potencial, but must be lead a professional staff, not this gang of amaters…

The concept of this residence was so beautiful! The rooms were perfect, very clean and all designed with that greek style. The staff at the reception was so nice and keen to help! Loved them!
The bay was beautiful with clean water, but it gets too crowded. We thought it was supposed to be just for the hotel guests, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Another bad thing is that you can’t choose the sunbeds. They don’t prioritize the hotel guests, as they should.
Anyway, the hotel is the best around! The most surreal views we have ever got!

What a beautiful place. Its a must go destination. As an architect take it from me you will be amazed by the landscape and the views of this place.
Room for improvent to have transport from the rooms to the beach every 5 min or as I suggested to the lady in the reception to build an open cable from the coffee area up on the hill down to the restaurant place this will give a finial tick to the place.
Best place in Ksamil 2022

To start with the positive- the pool and view from the pool area are lovely (apart from the wasps) it’s in the middle of nowhere… if that’s a positive for you! The staff are friendly.
To the bad - and take into account we paid nearly €500 for 2 rooms per night. the ‘villas’ are glorified concrete bunkers / rooms with no view and a terrace with uncomfortable chairs. Ours smelt of cigarette smoke and the shower was broken. The bathrooms are tiny for this price point.
The restaurant is overpriced for bad pizza and average salad - there are no menus so you have no idea what you’re being charged. And did I mention the wasps which drove us crazy when eating. And the music is SO loud you can’t have a conversation over lunch! The breakfast is very poor for this price point.
There were never any beach towels available when we went to get them and ended up using our own. If you want the beach buggy to take you anywhere be prepared to wait a long time for it. Or drive yourself down the single track dirt track to the beach. The beach is a public beach and with sun loungers on top of each other - it’s very crowded.
There are far better options in Albania - you don’t need to stay here unless you’ve got more money than sense!!

The place could be great because of its location but the staff is unprofessional, even rude if you dare to complain. During our stay there they held a private party with crazy loud music until more then 1 am. Also, the beach bar is really dirty. Avoid this hotel is you are planning a peaceful stay. Don’t take it for a luxury resort. It is just a pretentious place, really expensive one for the experience you get.

We booked two rooms connected. To our surprise the bathroom was in a bad shape. The shower cabin had no door, all the water ran out in the bathroom floor. That explains the black mold at the edges of the bathroom. The AC unit never stopped and the sound of it leaves you counting the stars till dawn. It gave the impression that whoever built the resort (1 year in business was in a hurry).
The beach was good, but when it came to the bar tender and restaurant "tender", they made everything hard to enjoy. The music sound was too high, and if it was not enough, they played just 6 songs (Albanian) repeating them for eternity. Also, the server’s attitude at the restaurant was like serving prisoners. No respect, no gratitude.

So,the Aramera Resort is a private property, which has a road that leads you to their beach,BUT before arriving at the beach, there is a bay which you can reach by foot and can stay with your own umbrella and towels.
These imbeciles, which want only money, have put up a ‘DO NOT ENTER’ sign to the road, just to scare off the people so they can go and pay the sunbeds.
We and a couple of tourists parked at the parking, and we were told to remove the car because we were not going to the beach, but to the bay!😅
Dear foreigners,I am an Albanjan girl writing this review and I am sorry to tell you that these hobos have nothing to do with tourism and it is a shame that still on 2O24 we have to deal with these animalistic behaviours, coming from a staff of a ‘luxury resorts’
Piss off.

The villas hade a really nice charm and inside was basic but nice interior. The restaurant was could be a bit better with the quality. The beach was AMAZING with clear light blue water, a fun pier where you can jump and nice snorkeling depending on when you do it.

For the price they have they offer a terrible experience. Beach is very far away & the resort is fery far from the beach. Also they are very far away from the nearest market , pharmacy, hospital.
Pretty much if u have someone who is suffering from some kind of sickness i wouldnt recommend.
