Limni resort truly made our whole Albania trip. The resort was beautiful with amazing mountain view and overall the location was great: it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the beach and there is grocery stores super close. Our room was fantastic and it was very clean when we arrived. The breakfast was 10/10 every morning and it was nice to try Albanian style breakfast. However, the best part of Limni resort is their amazing staff, the family who owns the place. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming in every kind of way. I will never forget them! The best hotel I have ever visited.

Lovely stay at this wonderful, family, boutique hotel. Close to all the action in Ksamil, but still far enough away for it to be truest peaceful and be secluded and private. I almost didn’t book as thought it looked a long walk to the beaches, it isn’t it’s 10 mins max, if not less. The whole family make you feel very welcome, and offer great tips and advice, particular shout out to Leo.
Pros: - Nice fresh breakfast every day - lovely pool - good sized rooms - attentive service - good food and drink choice - rooms have large balconys (or terraces) overlooking the pool

Overpriced for what it is. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area of Ksamil. But this is definitely not a resort by the usual standards. The suites were just ok and had many small problems like the door doesn’t actually shut unless you lock it, old towels and stained bedding, etc. The family was very nice but not actually that helpful when you needed something. There were many times when there was nobody around and service overall was average, not great. This place was a lot more expensive than other hotels and not worth the extra money.

Top hotel, nice location and run by a very friendly family. Rooms are very nice every 2 days fresh towels and bed linen. Walking distance to the center and beach, small 10 min.. Every morning a nice breakfast which varies every day. Very nice view and nice and quiet.

We stayed here recently with my family, two young boys. This is a beautifully run family hotel. There is an excellent pool with an adjacent bar. The hotel is <10 minutes easy flat walk to the beach and a number of great restaurants. What I love about this hotel it is out of all the action, but just a short walk to the action. There is also a small supermarket and bus stop <5 minutes walk away. The only downside was the breakfast offering could be improved, maybe offering a choice of eggs each morning would be an improvement the owner could consider. But all in all I loved staying here and would recommend

Externally nice and well kept structure with a beautiful swimming pool. The owners were very kind and welcoming. The interior of the rooms (at least ours) needs to be reviewed. Our bathroom unfortunately smelled like sewage (apparently a Problem they had for some time but never solved before renting it). We stayed for 5 days and they told us that the plumber would come by to fix it, but no one ever saw 😥😅 we couldn't even sleep from the smell. Furthermore, if you are afraid of insects, the place is not for you 🪳🐜🕷️🦂

Epic hospitality and beautiful hotel. Leo and his family made our stay great, the venue was beautiful and clean. Pool and pool bar both very relaxing and the pricing also really attractive. Would highly recommend staying here and it’s just a short walk from the local amenities.
