Stayed here for one night in late June 2015 with my 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son. What a nice little surprise... Given the name, I was a little apprehensive as I am becoming very particular with my hotel stays. The desk clerk was friendly, helpful and receptive and got us our room quickly. The room was...

The moment we arrived the reception staff were as friendly as possible. Within minutes they had checked us in, reserved us a table and made us very welcome. Our dinner was the best we had on the whole trip and our waitress Michelle was friendly and efficient. Our room was very tidy and had everything you could need.

The room was great, the view was beautiful. We loved the atmosphete. Loved being so close to the gallatin river - did some white water rafting with an outfitter right next door. The drive to yellowstone is nearly an hour, but it's a beautiful drive (you must go to west gate, no other gates are within a reasonable distance by...

One of our favorite stays on our 2015 roadtrip. It was our first time driving this route, and it is drop-dead gorgeous. So we were happy our good experience continued during our stay at Buck's T-4. The rooms are located in several buildings on attractive, well-maintained grounds. Our rooms were roomy and nicely but simply decorated. Bed linens were especially...

My husband and I recently stayed here for three nights - we were in the area to see Yellowstone. We had three of our children with us, and one of them got sick on the ride from South Dakota to Big Sky. We checked in late, and the room I booked was not going to be very conducive to our...

Booked a room here after spending some time at yellowstone. I booked it after reading several good reviews on TripAdvisor. The location is gorgeous. The facilities and grounds are well maintained. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Room was clean and large. I did have a few issues. My room did not have air conditioning and the window would...

The room was dated and the door lock malfunctioned. The breakfast was fair and the view nice. Now, on to the real problem: Being charged for two rooms when I only booked one! Checked in mid-evening and was told that I had two rooms booked. I only needed one but was told that I'm on the hook for the second...

Thanks for sharing your experience. I apologize that you experienced some confusion during the booking process. I understand that with internet reservations, it's easy to have some unintended plans be made. I will forward your comments to our partners at iHotelier and determine how your reservation was made for two rooms. We appreciate our guests' feedback, and continuously strive to...

Very nice hotel with great breakfast in the morning. The suite was great with two rooms and king size beds. That is hard to find. Very clean.

We spent the 4th of July in Big Sky as we transited from Washington to Yellowstone. We arrived around 9:30pm and the clerk at the front desk had left for the night (rather than maintain a 24 hr presence I think they relocate at some point in the late evening) so we had to wait around 5 minutes until she...

Thanks for stating with us on the 4th of July. I appreciate your taking the time to share your impressions on TripAdvisor. I apologize that our front desk agent was away from the desk assisting other guests, but I'm glad you didn't have to wait too long to check in. I hope your Independence Day weekend was tons of fun....

My husband and I stayed here over July 4th weekend. We mostly used it as home base, while during the day we visited Yellowstone. It was a nice place to come back after a long day. The rooms were clean and the property was peaceful. We also ate in their restaurant all three nights. Amazing food and service!
