This room has "paper" thin walls you hear every conversation in the next room, every foot step above and every bit of running water. When we asked for an adjustment or to check out to move to another accommodation, they said they would enforce the 30 day cancellation policy. You are trapped. Do not book this room!

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to create the best experience for our guests. Due to the nature of your group reservation we were only able to offer you the room upgrade to better improve your stay and we do apologize that this did not work out. Please let us know at the time of the incident how else...

Took forever for us to get checked in. Checking in at 5:00 p.m. is way too late. The lighting in the building is inadequate - the interior is very dark. Need more sunshine. The employees are friendly and service was excellent. Not sure if we would return with family to ski. Also got a knock at door at 6:45 a.m....

I don't know, perhaps it is because it is just the end of the busy ski season or something else, but to me, the Huntley Lodge was looking a little tired. Don't get me wrong, I had a nice stay. The room was definitely adequate though honestly nothing special. The front desk staff was always friendly and I was always...

The Huntley was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It is not a true ski in ski out facility but it's very close. The spa was very nice and the buffet breakfast was really awesome. The heated outdoor pools were very nice. The lobby, common areas and room could have used some updating. The lodge is just a little tired....

Stayed here for two nights during our summer holiday last year, in a two story room in a building from the 1970s. The room had beautiful views of the mountains, two ways, and could easily accomodate up to six People (we were only two). We didn't notice any noice from other rooms or the hallway, like others complain about, and...

I booked a deluxe loft the weekend of the 2015 pond skim through Expedia, upon my arrival i was told i was put into a standard room. I was then lied to by both the front desk and Expedia that it would be fixed in the morning. It was not. after ruining that part of the weekend I was then...

Hubby and I spent 3 nights at The Huntley last week and we had a blast! It's not a super trendy hotel nor The Fairmont, but a good value hotel for those who want to stay less than a week. Pros: - Parking included - Breakfast buffet, which was included in the rate, more than sufficient. Omelet bar, waffle bar,...

Great place to stay for $100 dollars nights. That's what we paid in early april during the spring ski season. Their complementary breakfast was absolutely amazing!!! Great beds, awesome pillows, wonderful lobby, and right next to the lifts. Only downside is that you have to park a little ways away from the hotel. Even for $150 a night I would...

This place is ideal for families on a ski vacation. The hotel is old so there is a bit of noise, but it also has plenty of character. The slopes are literally out the door and the heated pool looks up at the mountain. The buffet breakfast offers more food items than you can eat or even try in a...

A big well-situated hotel close to everything but totally NOT sound-proof. You could hear every noice from above and next-door. Extremely irritating early mornings... The hotel restaurant had a very inefficient system of seating people at breakfast. Too often you had to stand in line to get a table even if there were empty tables available.
