It is obvious they take pride in being the first KOA as well as the headquarters. The campground is immaculate and recent rents to the washrooms are great and so too is the new mini golf. Two comments: 1) Costly. At $90/night for the deluxe sites you've hit hotel price. Now in my opinion I think RV parks offer more...

Was there for a conference in billings for three nights. My wife was supposed to fly in and join me on the third night. Her flight got changed from Billings to Bozeman. At 8 PM I had to hustle and get out to meet her. I went in to let them know I was leaving and with out even asking...

Spent an overnight here, paid $70+ for a pull through with electric and water. I need internet when I travel, and it DID NOT work here. I asked at the desk and got an unsatisfactory but polite 'duh' for a solution. Also, ate at their BBQ place, Pistol Pete's, and it was terrible, especially the service. The site itself was...

Very clean we were there for the 4th this year we had a wonderful time we will be back! Sites are a little small wish they were bigger. New showers by the office very nice and big. The freeway exit to the KOA is very convenient. " not to far " lots of trees and our Grandbabys enjoyed the geese...

Very nice KOA, but a bit pricey. Paved Roads & gravel sites with small strip of grass between sites. Sites are close together. Mostly pull thru & full hook ups . Well maintained. Nice pool . Miniature Golf newly rebuilt, very nice but again $$. Restaurant on site breakfast & dinner, ice cream cart in evenings. Easy access from I-90...

Touted as "the first" KOA in the nation, this KOA is definitely showing its age. The restrooms are disgusting. They include a urinal and a toilet designed to provide versatility for both sexes; but, the urinals and the floor around look filthy. Showers are dark, dirty and out-of-date. No toilet seat protectors or paper towels provided. The air returns and/or...

We stayed in a kamping kabin on June 11, 2016. This is the birthplace of KOA and is a very nice campground. Pretty grounds and quiet. The restrooms are sensible - the toilet stalls are unisex individual rooms with a toilet and urinal and sink, and the showers are individual rooms with a toilet, urinal, sink, and shower. Nice and...

We stayed overnight as we traveled west. With most KOA's you know you are going to get a decent campground and this campground did not disappoint. We had a back in spot on the corner under a large tree that provided shade. I really judge the quality of a campground by the restrooms and showers and this KOA had really...

We were not very impressed with this campground. It was disappointing that it was in a run down residential neighborhood. Very pricey for a tent site. We were eaten alive by mosquitos!! The person next to us had their picnic table half way on ours while he ate dinner. He was very nice but it was awkward that he was...

Our pull through site was nice with full hook ups, little cement patio with fire pit, wooden bench swing and our little patch of grass. We had a nice breakfast at the grill one morning. A few important downsides were; the wifi only worked for short times and then threw us off to resign in.. over and over and over...the...

“Being a Campground they do have Kamper Kabins for rent. They are spacious to small depending on what you want. Make reservations on line or through their reservations center. If you are RV'ng, just know that some sites are tight and if you have your slide(s) out, you may be in your neighbor's space depending how big your rig and slides are.”
