The property is very nice and the rooms are well maintained and clean. The staff was great. The property is adjacent to I90 so beware of the noise. Our room was on the end near I90 and the HVAC unit could not cover the noise from some of the trucks traveling on I90. The hotel was full so we were... More

Thank you for your post on TripAdvisor. We are in the process of looking into a sound barrier of some type now that the entrance ramp to I90 has been widened. More

We stayed at this hotel in Bozeman on the last night of our vacation out west. We drove from Yellow Stone which took us through the very scenic Gallatin Mountains. The hotel is very clean. The bed was fine as was the shower. The free breakfast was excellent for a chain and had enough seating for the number of guests.... More

WARNING: This hotel has no guest laundry facilities - you cannot wash your clothes here. Summary: No laundry, no beer, no fridge, no microwave, hard to get anyone at the front desk, manager AWOL, expensive, new paint. Details: I'm a frequent Marriott customer and have an elevated Guest Rewards status, so I have hundreds of stays to compare this hotel... More

Sir, I can understand your frustration that there is no laundry currently available at this property. However, it seems that your stay as a whole was a dissappointment. Regarding "beer" or any alcohol being sold or served on property, this is not something that the Brand or the Ownership consider a Standard and would also require a liquor license. I... More

On the first night of the Great American Roadtrip, we stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Bozeman. After 650 miles on the road and two small kids, we needed a good nights sleep, good showers, peace and some breakfast. We got all that and more. Truth is that we missed the breakfast time and started to rehearse our pleading to... More

We stayed here one night on our drive west to Oregon. We had no reservations and called from the road. Sam, the evening front desk employee, was exceedingly helpful on the phone and at check-in. The hotel also has a printed list of area restaurants, and when we asked for some specific recommendations he was also extremely helpful. I am... More

We are perplexed as well on some of the feedback regarding our property. Not all guests enjoy the new retro feel that Marriott is promoting as it's new design. We hope to have an opportunity to host your stay again in the near future. More

The Fairfield Inn in Bozeman, MT has great staff, especially Rachel at the breakfast buffet! Check in was quick and they recommended many restaurant options with staff ratings which was very helpful after a long day of traveling! I agree with other Trip Advisors to the condition of the hotel though as the entire feel of this Fairfield is in... More

Very clean and nice staff. Only issue was the sheets were too small for the bed so we were constantly trying to put them back on. Our kids loved the pool. Charges card extra $125 which seemed ridiculous instead of just charging the card if an issue occurs.

We are happy to hear that your stay was a success. I do understand your frustration with authorization holds on credit cards but it is an unfortunate sign of the times that businesses need to protect themselves. However, your bank should have the hold dropped within 2 to 3 business days and if it does not please feel free to... More

First let me say that I would grant the staff at this hotel a 5 -- they are lovely and pleasant and very helpful and they keep the place in good shape. The hotel itself has an old tired feel to it and needs a dramatic renovation. I felt like I was back in the 1970's when I walked in...dark... More

I am happy to hear that interacting with the staff was a positive experience. I am sad to hear that you did not care for the new Marriott design package. We were just renovated last year with all of the bright colors and textures. I does have a retro feel but overall the guests have enjoyed the new look. Fairfield... More

Before I say anything bad, I will say that the staff here is so nice, and the location is good. There are restaurants and shopping in the immediate area, which is very convenient. My family and I, recently stayed in room 319, in the Fairfield Inn in Bozeman, Montana on Jan 2015.
