I thought the job of a manager was to improve the experiences of the guests and customers. The manager has failed to do so! While traveling through I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, or so I thought, I have never been so upset leaving a place! It's going to be hard going back there!

We stayed one night while working with a client in Ronan (about 4 miles north). They have really gone to great lengths to update and refresh this motel. The food was awesome. The service was warm and friendly and the view......OMG the VIEW! Will definitely be visiting again and taking friends here for dinner.

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a view room which looked out over a large pond. Saw lots of birds and deer. The food was fabulous and the service great. I've read the bad reviews and if you live in a cookie cutter house and want a cookie cutter stay then drive back to Missoula. If you want real...

My husband and I had a fabulous experience at our stay at NinePipes Lodge for our Destination Wedding. We are so thankful to Brian and the staff for all their hospitality since the start of planning of our Destination Wedding. Brian was so easy to work with and he was very kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging through the process. Our bartenders,...

Stayed here for a nearby wedding. Very convenient location along the highway, unfortunately, that made for some extra noise. Also, the "included breakfast" does not include Sunday mornings, which is not mentioned anywhere until Sunday morning. Great views of the mountains and the reservoir. Enjoyed the small deck off our room in the evening and in the morning saw bald...

Arrived late and was pleased to find NinePipes which is situated on Hwy 93. Basic room accommodation under $100.00, the restaurant was nice surprise with good variety of tasty offerings and great view of mountain range. Lots of travelers chose pub and pub food.

This hotel was booked on my behalf and l have been delighted. I am sat outside my spacious, clean and modern room now by a small lake beneath the Mission Mountains. What a splendid view. Friendly staff, great food and really comfortable beds An off the cuff query was met so positively last night and l ended up getting a...

What great customer service!!! Had issue with booking through Travelocity and they were no help. Within a minute of hanging up with them we received a call from Brian, a hotel manager, who was so understanding and resolved all issues! We always return to places who seem genuinely interested in their guests. We will return.

I paid extra for the MOUNTAIN view. If you sat on the very far edge of the tiny deck they provide you can look way over to one side and see an edge of a mountain if you can handle the hoards of MOSQUITOS. But the moment you get out of your car you hear the BAR music! When you...

I am extremely sorry you felt misled by our website. That certainly isn't our intention and we feel we have an extraordinary facility and location. My staff works hard to please every guest, which I feel we do. We typically have overwhelmingly positive reviews so to see you had such a negative experience upsets me. If you would like to...

We chose this place on line because it is less than two miles from Glacier National Park. Outside looks pretty rustic; inside it is nicely appointed. The room was spacious and comfortable and views from the lodge are great. For dinner, one must drive some miles or eat at the lodge restaurant. We ate at the restaurant. Dinners are in...
