Whoever designed this hotel and rooms did an amazing job! We travel a lot, I’m obsessed with cleanliness, so here is what stood out to me. First, you pull up and there are two huge garbage cans outside not overflowing with trash. This may seem like a silly thing but when you road-trip, you accumulate trash and I’ve been to so many hotels where you either can’t find one near the entrance or it’s overflowing. Several carts available to unload all of your stuff. Hot chocolate, cider, tea, coffee and ice water available all day in the welcoming lobby. Cute little gift shop with food, drink, and trinkets. I bought some lovely photo cards of the beautiful framed wildlife photos displayed in the rooms. The hotel lobby, hallways, and grounds were very clean. In the room - a nice sized trash can that is lined (again about trash but I hate garbage cans not lined). The bathroom was well stocked with cosmetic towels in addition to a generous amount of other towels. Liquid hand soap and lotion by the sink, and magnifying makeup mirror. Nice shower and tub with a curtain that doesn’t attack you! I loved the fleece throws on the beds too. My only complaint was the pillows! They had many but they were like balloons when you laid on them. It was something I’ve never experienced but we were so tired from hiking, it didn’t matter. Great location to Glacier and to the yummy restaurants in Columbia Falls. We will be back!

We originally planned to stay here and needed a 4th night. On line it showed no vacancy. We called the hotel and spoke with Michonne, and you grabbed the 4th night and at a very reasonable rate. Little did I know what a great person Michonne was. We checked in and found our room to be very nice with alot of attention paid to little details. Internet was very good. Each morning we got a buffet breakfast that was much more inclusive than those in the same price range. Workers were always checking to make sure nothing was out and always busy. Michonne had great recommendations on places to eat. We found a couple of charms. North Fork Pizza and Outlaw Diner. It was also nice that the hotel had a washer and dryer because we were in the middle of a 18 day trip. This was just a very nice stay in the middle of a this trip. I would gladly stay here again.

Lobby is clean and welcoming, staff willingly offers local information. Room is large and well appointed, table with two cushioned chairs for a game or computer work. Nice over stuffed chair in the corner. Bed was perfect with nice linens and pillows. First time ever that a hotel offers trash and recycle bin in the room, real glasses and ceramic mugs by the coffee maker. No small shampoo, lotion and soap here, everything is in pump bottles so less trash. Just down the road from Glacier, don’t skip this gem, it’s worth every penny.

Since there were 3 people in our party, the hotel decided to charge me almost $14 per night extra for the 3rd person. Most other hotels I've been to allow 4 people to the room without any extra charge. The staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes away from the Glacier West entrance. It's located right next to a church and Montana Coffee Traders. I highly recommend coming to Montana Coffee Traders for your coffee/snack needs. Only drawback is that they open at 7am. Their Downtown area is just right across the street. I can't really speak on their breakfast as we left prior to 6am to be able to avoid the crowds at Glacier NP. The hotel looks nice out the outside, but the rooms feel a little bit on the older side. It has been renovated, but I did wish the bathroom was expanded a little bit more. Opening the door almost hits the toilet so be careful. Overall, I would consider staying here again as it's convenient and felt safe.

Westin prices and motel 6 service. For the price this place was a disappointment. We stayed 6 nights. No housekeeping services meant we had to call down for fresh towels and to empty trash. housekeeping staff was rude when we swapped out dirty towels and trash. The breakfast was sub par and the staff acted like they were doing us a favor to serve a awful breakfast of previously frozen waffles and it seemed like powered eggs. Front door staff was friendly but when we suggested they provide a spray cleaner for us to clean the room and paper towels it was never followed up. Also although a newer property the walls are thin and you can hear the guests and TV or neighboring rooms.

Stayed for 2 nights. Once you book, not refundable. Wish I would have known the laundry facilities and pool was closed due to Covid. The restrooms in lobby are also closed to guests. There is no housekeeping services for guests. The room was comfortable and clean. If the lodge was worried about spreading Covid they would not have refillable shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap dispensers in each room. There are other lodges/hotels nearby in Whitefish which are a better value and have amenities. They are also practicing Covid procedures. Until Cedar Creek opens back to full amenities they need to reduce the price and update their webpages to reflect what is open and what is closed.

This hotel is perfectly fine, but it is charging about $200 a night more than what it is worth. Hotel rooms are scarce near the entrance to Glacier Park thus it can charge what it can, and you are happy to get a room.
The service was fine, the hotel was clean and decorated nicely. It is not a Lodge in the sense of the old time Lodges built inside National Parks.
It has the feel of a nice suburban hotel property but convenient to restaurants in Columbia Falls that you can walk to them after a long day's drive and need to stretch and walk

Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Lobby was lovely and complimentary breakfast in the morning was standard fare but tasty. Fresh fruit, hot options, cereal, etc.
It was worth it to us to pay a little extra to stay closer to Glacier National Park, instead of traveling in from Kalispel or Whitefish.
Highly recommend and would stay in this location again.

This lodge was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff were extremely polite. I would especially like to recognize Rachelle who provided us with a map and recommendations on where to visit, etc. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and they had a very comprehensive menu.
This lodge was located within a very short distance from the Glacier National Park entrance and other local attractions.
I booked this vacation prior to COVID and was very disappointed that the rates remained the same even though all amenities at this site, with the exception of wireless, were closed to include laundry and room and towel service. We were told we could call and get additional towels and bedding if we needed it and that if we needed trash removal to give them a call and they would arrange trash pickup. Based on this, rooms should have been discounted.

Great base for our Glacier stay. The pool, fitness, and laundry were closed due to covid, as expected. They offered a nice “made to order” breakfast each morning, essentially with the same items one would typically expect for a buffet style breakfast. It was understaffed at times. There was coffee, hot cider, and hot chocolate served to order (with gloves) by the front desk all day. Very efficient towel and garbage pick up in the halls. The double queen room was quite large, including a desk/chair, table and two chairs, and an arm chair. This worked well for eating takeout each night. There is a small park with playground immediately behind the hotel, and a large open field to the side.
In general this was a great stay and I would come here again. I would only recommend that they start replacing the mattresses (ours were creaky and losing support) and do a better job cleaning the room between guests. We sanitized ourselves when we arrived, but found a few items in the closet and bathroom that suggested it was a quick clean overall.

The hotel has a shuttle to the Visitor's Center in West Glacier. Be aware of the time of the shuttle. The morning shuttle was perfect for meeting tours. The afternoon shuttle was not scheduled until 6:30 p.m. which can be a long wait. There is also a bus that goes back to the town but it also has a limited schedule. We lucked on an UBER that was dropping someone off. We had no luck trying to schedule one through the UBER app.
Yes we have coin operated washers (2) and dryers (2) for guests to use while staying at the Lodge. We have quarters available from the front desk and detergent available in our Mercantile.
There are more places to choose from in the Columbia Falls area.
