A very nice motel with spacious rooms and a central location for connecting with the diverse activities in the area. Half an hour from GNP, this motel offers a nice breakfast along with a friendly, attentive staff.

This motel was a pleasant surprise. There were no frills, but it was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was just that, but more than I expected, with yogurt, cereal, waffles, breads and juice. It would have been perfect with fresh fruit, but you got canned peaches and frozen strawberries! They had fresh coffee all the time, and hot chocolate and... More

Stayed here 3 nites while we went to Glacier National Park and National Bison Range. We had stayed here 4 times before, however it had a different name. Appears the new owners have made upgrades since we were here in 2015.Large rooms. Helpful and friendly Staff. A good location for going to Glacier. Only complaint, shower went from hot to... More

Came into Whitefish Montana on an Amtrak trip with plans to go to Canada by way of Glacier National Park. Hotel availability was not so good over the Labor Day weekend but was able to book a room at the Glacier Travel Inn. The motel is a bit dated and looked very much like an old Super 8. It offers... Good location about 15 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Very comfortable and good price for the area. Rooms were clean and breakfast was up to expectations. Staff provided good information on where to go for dinner. Excellent choice was Sweet Water in White Fish.

Pretty nice place. Our room had modern furnishings and included a refrigerator and microwave. I was even able to sleep late because of the room blackening shades (awesome!). The bathroom was in need of a remodel due to water damage, but it wasn't a big deal. Withheld four stars due to the price.

We stayed as a couple at the Travel Inn in late July 2016. Rooms were not available at other motels. The room was clean, spacious, and well-supplied, with a convenient mini-fridge. The Inn offered a breakfast, which may account for its price being somewhat higher than other local places that do not offer breakfast. We had an early flight to... More

We stayed 3 nights, good starting point for extensive hiking trips in Glacier NP. The whole area is expensive in the summer, Glacier Travel Inn was less expensive but still pretty pricey IMO. That said, the room was spacious and clean. We found it quiet on the second floor and away from Hwy.2. The location of the small sink/ vanity... More

So this is kind of a budget hotel. Yes there are a few things wrong with it, but overall it was a good place to stay that was a little closer to the park. Our room was big and clean. The air conditioning doesn't get very cool at night. Breakfast is waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, muffins and toast.... More
