Cool hotel. Nice bar and restaurant. Old school. Great place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. Got here in the evening so the wildlife through Lamar valley was spectacular as well as the views going back the day after. Would I stay again – yes.

We have a parking lot for truck and trailor accross the street, but it is not paved. It is a nice area to park, though, with a security camera. The northeast entrance to the park is a good road like that of the rest of the park. You should have no problem. You are also close to the Beartooth Hwy and Chief Joseph Scenic Hwy that are prime for bikers.
