The location and setting cannot be beat. The owner had put food in the bird feeder before we came, so we were treated to feathered visitors all day. The cabin was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. This is away from any other location, but close enough to get to either East or West Glacier and far enough away to feel... More

We felt immersed in the quiet strength and majesty of the mountains during every minute of our stay at Summit Mountain. It is a short drive to Glacier National Park! We hiked the Autumn Creek Trail (GNP) only 1/2 mile down the road! And there is a nature trail right on the property! There is no shortage of ways to... More

We stayed at Rising Wolf cabin for three nights while spending a week in & around Glacier Natl Park. Breakfasts in the Steakhouse were not only filling but talking with other guests often sharing tips about where to go/what to see in Glacier was most pleasant with views of the mountains dominant. Our cabin also faced the mountains & we... More

For our business event, we had an absolutely amazing experience staying here. The dining area (with outside deck) faces the mountains, offering an amazing view; the food was delicious. The owner helped us set up for our event and was flexible as details changed last minute. The rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as far enough away from the... More

Returned to stay in the cabins for a second year in a row! Beautiful views from the perfectly comfy cabins. Ted was a gracious and friendly host, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable! The food was delicious, and the beer was cold. Couldn't ask for anything more...we'll be back!

We recently stayed at one of the cabins. It was clean, comfortable and private. Yes, there is a nearby railroad but the trains are going slowly uphill and the was no whistle blowing. So the noise didn't bother us. The restaurant provided an excellent dinner. The portions are large. In the morning, at breakfast the diners were rewarded and excited... More

Very nice and very clean comfortable cabin! I slept great with ear plugs. Trains are so fun to watch but if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Dinner was good, Todd the owner was very hospitable! We felt very welcome. We got mixed up and thought this Lodge was on the Road to the Sun but it isn't,... More

We are conveniently located right in the middle of East Glacier and West Glacier Park so our guests get a little reprieve from the chaos of the park and traffic. We are glad you were able to enjoy dinner and continental breakfast with us. See you in the future More

Spent 4 nights in Rising Wolf Cabin and while the beds were nice and firm. The sheets were never changed or beds made up, the trash was never emptied and the toilet ran non-stop. We told the owner and they apparently tried to fix the toilet but it only made it worse. Nothing about the stay was peaceful. We won't... More

Had dinner tonight at the restaurant with a group of 25 women and the service and food was outstanding. The pork tenderloin with a huckleberry glaze was wonderful. Also amazing view of mountains and pond.
